本实用新型涉及一种新型LED灯，目的是该LED灯能彻底解决节能灯的汞污染问题，还具有结构简单、外形美观的特点。本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种新型LED灯，包括灯头、塑件以及发光体，其特征在于：所述发光体包括竖直固定在塑件下方的圆柱形的基柱，该基柱自上而下螺旋缠绕有至少一条LED灯带，有一PC灯罩反向罩盖所述基柱并固定在所述塑件上。所述LED灯带与基柱之间通过胶水粘合。所述LED灯带为单面发光灯带，其发光面朝着基柱外侧布置。

本实用新型涉及LED整灯技术领域，具体涉及一种新型LED灯。
背景技术
节能灯由于管内存有一定量的汞，废弃后对环境的污染相当严重，一毫克汞可以污染水源20吨以上，而一只节能灯的汞含量一般都在3-5毫克，因此迫切需要有新的替代灯具来减少环境污染，LED灯具有光效高、无污染的特点，可作为节能灯的替代灯具。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述背景技术中的不足，提供一种新型LED灯，该LED灯能彻底解决节能灯的汞污染问题，还具有结构简单、外形美观的特点。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种新型LED灯，包括灯头、塑件以及发光体，其特征在于：所述发光体包括竖直固定在塑件下方的圆柱形的基柱，该基柱自上而下螺旋缠绕有至少一条LED灯带，有一PC灯罩反向罩盖所述基柱并固定在所述塑件上。
所述LED灯带与基柱之间通过胶水粘合。
所述LED灯带为单面发光灯带，其发光面朝着基柱外侧布置。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型将柔软的LED灯带缠绕在基柱上，实现360度发光，配合PC灯罩消除LED光源的眩光问题，可以作为节能灯的替代灯具，避免环境污染，同时也因LED灯带外部有灯罩的保护大大增加灯带的使用寿命，还具有结构简单、外形美观的特点。。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图，对本实用新型作进一步说明，但本实用新型并不局限于以下实施例。
如图1、图2所示，一种新型LED灯，包括灯头1、塑件2、位于塑件内的线路板、发光体，所述发光体包括竖直固定在塑件下方的圆柱形的基柱3，该基柱自上而下螺旋缠绕有至少一条LED灯带4，有一PC灯罩反向罩盖所述基柱并固定在所述塑件上。
所述LED灯带为单面发光灯带，其柔性线路板4-1与基柱之间通过胶水粘合，其LED灯珠4-2朝着基柱外侧布置。考虑到散热问题，所述基柱推荐采用铝制作。还可根据需要，在基柱底面设置若干个LED灯珠以增加亮度，或者LED灯带的下端延伸到基柱底面。
LED灯带的光效高于传统节能灯，但一般都使用在LED直管灯上，LED贴片与灯带均暴露在自然环境中，极易受粉尘污染，影响发光效率，使用范围相对相对较窄，本实用新型扩大了LED灯带的适用范围，而且延长了其寿命。
LED灯带是传统LED的产品，可以外购获得，其结构和工作原理为成熟的技术，在此不作详细的介绍。

1.一种新型LED灯，包括灯头(1)、塑件(2)以及发光体，其特征在于：所述发光体包括竖直固定在塑件下方的圆柱形的基柱(3)，该基柱自上而下螺旋缠绕有至少一条LED灯带(4)，有一PC灯罩反向罩盖所述基柱并固定在所述塑件上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型LED灯，其特征在于：所述LED灯带与基柱之间通过胶水粘合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型LED灯，其特征在于：所述LED灯带为单面发光灯带，其发光面朝着基柱外侧布置。
