本实用新型主要是一种双层尼龙管，主要适用于在汽车管路上。
背景技术
应对国际汽车市场要求的不断提升，橡胶管路的要求已经不能满足燃油***的要求，橡胶管路柔软，硬度一般为邵氏70度左右，且其耐高温、耐腐蚀性较差；而尼龙管比较硬,尼龙管承受压力高,也耐油耐老化。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种双层尼龙管，其采用化学稳定性好的尼龙12和尼龙9T复合而成，整体提高了管路的稳定性能，且加强了耐腐蚀性和耐热性。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种双层尼龙管，包括有管本体，其特征在于：所述的管本体是由两层尼龙结构复合而成的，所述的两层尼龙结构为内层的尼龙12层和包覆在尼龙12层外的外层尼龙9T层。
本实用新型中尼龙12，学名为聚十二内酰胺，又称PA12，它有很好的抗冲击性机化学稳定性。尼龙12弹性体有优良的噪音和振动阻尼性，在干燥运转条件下，对钢、POM、PBT和其他材料的滑动摩擦系数低。尼龙9T是尼龙中的新品种，具有提高尼龙的阻燃性、机械强度，以适应电子、电气、通讯等行业的要求，同时提高尼龙的抗低温性能，增强其对耐环境应变的能力，耐磨性和耐热性也得到提高。
本实用新型采用尼龙6和尼龙9T的复合，其对甲醇生物燃油等有特殊的耐受性，因而使用好。
本实用新型的优点是：
