Abstract

本实用新型提供一种共享型雨刷底座，包括本体、分别自本体前后两端延伸的头段及尾段、及一对侧板，本体设有可供驱动刷臂的枢轴穿设的贯孔，头段在衔接本体之处设有可供定位驱动刷臂的定位槽，尾段具有可卡掣驱动刷臂的一对弹性夹翼，侧板设置在本体的两侧边，各侧板分别对应贯孔的位置设有穿孔，且侧板与本体之间形成有可供驱动刷臂插设的插缝，据此完成共享型雨刷底座的结构，可供多种形态的驱动刷臂结合于底座。

共享型雨刷底座
技术领域
本实用新型有关汽车雨刷结构，特别有关于一种可供多种不同型式的雨刷驱动臂所组接的雨刷底座。 
背景技术
一般汽车雨刷组设于汽车玻璃的外侧面，该雨刷连接汽车的雨刷驱动臂，以借由雨刷驱动臂来带动雨刷在玻璃面上反复摆动，并施加作用力于雨刷条，以刮除玻璃上的雨水或污渍等外物。 
目前市面上的雨刷结构设计中，雨刷驱动臂的型式种类常因各汽车厂及其车型而异，不同型式设计的雨刷驱动臂通常必须配合专属的底座才能连结固定雨刷条，如美国专利第US6516491、US6643889、及US6668419等专利中所揭露的雨刷结构，其均已揭露有不同雨刷驱动臂及其专属组配的底座；由于不同雨刷驱动臂需要对应的底座才能连结雨刷条，为此，雨刷业者必需附上多种底座以供客户组装，此举不但造成雨刷价格的增加，多余的底座也导致不必要的零件浪费。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种共享型雨刷底座，以供多种形态的驱动刷臂结合于底座，增加组装上的便利性。本实用新型提供一种共享型雨刷底座，以减少零件的囤积并避免不必要的零件浪费，达到降低雨刷整体价格的目的。 
本实用新型提供一种共享型雨刷底座，以供结合多种形态的驱动刷臂于一雨刷固定座，该雨刷底座包括：一本体，具有相对的一前端及一后端，且该本体设有供所述驱动刷臂的枢轴穿设的一贯孔；一头段，自该本体的前端延伸，该头段在衔接该本体之处设有供定位所述驱动刷臂的一定位槽；一尾段，自该本体的后端延伸，该尾段具有卡掣所述驱动刷臂的一对弹性夹翼；以及一对侧板，设置在该本体的两侧边，各侧板分别对应该贯孔的位置而设有一穿孔，且该对侧板与该本体之间分别形成有供所述驱动刷臂插设的一插缝。 
进一步地，所述雨刷固定座具有一固定轴，该本体的底面设有一固定槽，该固定槽对应扣合在该固定轴上。 
进一步地，该固定槽的截面呈U字型。 
进一步地，该本体设有多个镂空槽。 
进一步地，该多个镂空槽开设于该本体的顶面及底面。 
进一步地，所述驱动刷臂具有一顶掣弧面，该头段对应具有一定位弧面，该顶掣弧面抵止在该定位弧面上。 
进一步地，该定位槽的顶面高于该本体的顶面。 
进一步地，该定位槽的宽度大于该本体的宽度。 
进一步地，该定位槽连通该插缝，所述驱动刷臂的一端抵接在该定位槽的两侧边。
进一步地，该弹性夹翼呈叉状。 
进一步地，各侧板的内壁具有多个肋条，该多个肋条压掣在所述驱动刷臂的外侧面。 
进一步地，所述驱动刷臂具有一组开槽，该弹性夹翼对应夹掣在该组开槽上。 
本实用新型具有的优点在于： 
本实用新型的底座结构对应多种型态的雨刷驱动臂设置，其本体设置有可供驱动刷臂的枢轴穿设的贯孔，头段设有可供定位驱动刷臂的定位槽，尾段具有可卡掣驱动刷臂的一对弹性夹翼，侧板对应设有穿孔，且与该本体之间形成有可供驱动刷臂插设的插缝，据此达到可供结合多种雨刷驱动臂的目的，增加组装上的便利性；此外，使用本实用新型底座的共享性高，更可减少零件的屯积，避免零件浪费，达到降低雨刷整体价格的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明，以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本实用新型并能予以实施，但所举实施例不作为对本实用新型的限定。 
如图1至图3所示，分别为本实用新型的雨刷底座的两立体外观示意图及剖视图；本实用新型为一种共享型雨刷底座1，其包括一本体10、一头段20、一尾段30、及一对侧板40。 
该本体10具有相对的一前端11及一后端12，且该本体10设有一贯孔13，该贯孔13贯穿该本体10；较佳地，该本体10设有多个镂空槽14，该多个镂空槽14开设于该本体10的顶面及底面，该多个镂空槽14的设置可用于减少该底座1的材料及重量；此外，在本实用新型的一实施例中，该本体10的底面设有一固定槽15，该固定槽15的截面呈U字型，实际实施时并不以此为限。 
该头段20自该本体10的前端11向外延伸，且该头段20在衔接该本体10之处设有一定位槽21；较佳地，该头段20的宽度大于该本体10的宽度，且该定位槽21的顶面高于该本体10的顶面，该定位槽21的宽度设置为大于该本体10的宽度；另外，该头段20的两侧边分别具有一定位弧面22。 
该尾段30自该本体10的后端12延伸，该尾段30具有一对弹性夹翼31；本实施例中，该对弹性夹翼31呈叉状。 
该对侧板40设置在该本体10的两侧边，各该侧板40分别对应该贯孔13的位置而设有一穿孔41，且各该侧板40的内壁具有多个肋条42，该对侧板40与该本体10之间分别形成一插缝400。值得注意的是，该头段20的定位槽21连通该插缝400， 
如图4至图10所示，本实用新型的雨刷底座1可供结合多种形态的驱动刷臂2、2’、2”于一雨刷固定座3上。
如图4至图6所示，分别为本实用新型的雨刷底座与固定座的结合示意图、结合驱动刷臂的组接示意图及组设后的立体外观示意图；本实施例中，驱动刷臂2组接在雨刷底座1上，又，该固定座3具有一固定轴3a，且该固定座3的底面设置有一雨刷条4。 
如图4所示，组设时，先将该雨刷底座1的固定槽15对应扣合在该固定轴3a上，使该雨刷底座1暂时定位在该雨刷固定座3上。 
如图5所示，接着组设该驱动刷臂2，该驱动刷臂2为一U型长柱，且该驱动刷臂2具有一组开槽2a，该驱动刷臂2的两侧边对应插设在该雨刷底座1的插缝400中，并使该驱动刷臂2的一端抵接在该定位槽21的两侧边，以定位该驱动刷臂2的一端，此时，各该侧板40的肋条42压掣在该驱动刷臂2的外侧面。再者，该雨刷底座1的弹性夹翼31对应夹掣在该组开槽2a上，以卡掣该驱动刷臂2的另一段，借此将该驱动刷臂2组设在该雨刷底座1上。 
如图6所示，依上述方式完成组设后，该驱动刷臂2即通过该雨刷底座1的连接而带动该雨刷条4作动，以进行刮除、清洁等动作。    
如图7及图8，分别为本实用新型的雨刷底座与另一驱动刷臂的组接示意图及组接后的立体外观示意图；本实施例中，另一驱动刷臂2’组接在雨刷底座1上。该驱动刷臂2’具有一枢轴2a’及一定位盖2b’， 该枢轴2a穿设在该对侧板40的穿孔41及该本体10的贯孔13中，另外，该定位盖2b’罩合该本体10及该对侧板40的一侧，借此将该驱动刷臂2’组设在该雨刷底座1上。
如图9及图10所示，分别为本实用新型的雨刷底座与又一驱动刷臂的组接示意图及组接后的立体外观示意图；于本实施例中，另一种驱动刷臂2”组接在雨刷底座1上，且该驱动刷臂2”的前端具有一顶掣弧面2a”。 
本实施例中，该驱动刷臂2” 以套接方式而结合在该雨刷底座1上，此时，该顶掣弧面2a”抵止在该头段20的两侧边的定位弧面22上，另外，该对弹性夹翼31会分别向外抵接该驱动刷臂2”的内侧面，借此将该驱动刷臂2’组设在该雨刷底座1上。

Claims (12)

1.一种共享型雨刷底座，以供结合多种形态的驱动刷臂于一雨刷固定座，其特征在于，该雨刷底座包括：
一本体，具有相对的一前端及一后端，且该本体设有供所述驱动刷臂的枢轴穿设的一贯孔；
一头段，自该本体的前端延伸，该头段在衔接该本体之处设有供定位所述驱动刷臂的一定位槽；
一尾段，自该本体的后端延伸，该尾段具有卡掣所述驱动刷臂的一对弹性夹翼；以及
一对侧板，设置在该本体的两侧边，各侧板分别对应该贯孔的位置而设有一穿孔，且该对侧板与该本体之间分别形成有供所述驱动刷臂插设的一插缝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的共享型雨刷底座，其特征在于，所述雨刷固定座具有一固定轴，该本体的底面设有一固定槽，该固定槽对应扣合在该固定轴上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的共享型雨刷底座，其特征在于，该固定槽的截面呈U字型。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的共享型雨刷底座，其特征在于，该本体设有多个镂空槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的共享型雨刷底座，其特征在于，该多个镂空槽开设于该本体的顶面及底面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的共享型雨刷底座，其特征在于，所述驱动刷臂具有一顶掣弧面，该头段对应具有一定位弧面，该顶掣弧面抵止在该定位弧面上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的共享型雨刷底座，其特征在于，该定位槽的顶面高于该本体的顶面。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的共享型雨刷底座，其特征在于，该定位槽的宽度大于该本体的宽度。
9.根据权利要求8所述的共享型雨刷底座，其特征在于，该定位槽连通该插缝，所述驱动刷臂的一端抵接在该定位槽的两侧边。
10.根据权利要求1所述的共享型雨刷底座，其特征在于，该弹性夹翼呈叉状。
11.根据权利要求1所述的共享型雨刷底座，其特征在于，各侧板的内壁具有多个肋条，该多个肋条压掣在所述驱动刷臂的外侧面。
12.根据权利要求1所述的共享型雨刷底座，其特征在于，所述驱动刷臂具有一组开槽，该弹性夹翼对应夹掣在该组开槽上。
