本实用新型微型汽车发动机缸盖油道集成结构,涉及一种汽车发动机的油路结构,该油道集成结构包括分别设置在缸盖本体前端面内的油道Ⅰ、油道Ⅱ及油道Ⅲ,油道Ⅰ由缸盖本体前端面内侧的底端向上延伸至缸盖本体上端面并连通至前凸轮轴承盖内侧,油道Ⅰ底端连通缸体的主油道,在进气凸轮轴一端设有VVT,与缸盖本体连接的正时链盒罩壳上设有OCV阀,油道Ⅱ和油道Ⅲ分别设置在缸盖本体前端面靠上端的一侧,且油道Ⅱ和油道Ⅲ分别连接在VVT的控制油路与OCV阀之间。本实用新型微型汽车发动机缸盖油道集成结构能优化发动机整体结构,改进产品性能,减少发动机在整车上的布置空间,减少材料消耗,降低成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车发动机的油路结构,尤其是一种微型汽车发动机的油路结构。
背景技术
现有微型汽车发动机润滑油由曲轴箱经外部油道流向气缸盖,润滑***的结构比较复杂,且油道布置在发动机外部对发动机在整车上的布置存在影响,发动机结构复杂,随便改变发动机的外形尺寸,对发动机舱的整体尺寸有影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种微型汽车发动机缸盖油道集成结构,其能优化发动机整体结构,改进产品性能,减少发动机在整车上的布置空间,减少材料消耗,降低成本。
本实用新型为实现上述目的采用的技术方案是:一种微型汽车发动机缸盖油道集成结构,该油道集成结构包括分别设置在缸盖本体前端面内的油道Ⅰ、油道Ⅱ及油道Ⅲ,油道Ⅰ由缸盖本体前端面内侧的底端向上延伸至缸盖本体上端面并连通至前凸轮轴承盖内侧,油道Ⅰ底端连通缸体的主油道,在进气凸轮轴一端设有VVT,与缸盖本体连接的正时链盒罩壳上设有OCV阀,油道Ⅱ和油道Ⅲ分别设置在缸盖本体前端面靠上端的一侧,且油道Ⅱ和油道Ⅲ分别连接在VVT的控制油路与OCV阀之间。
由于采用上述结构,本实用新型之微型汽车发动机缸盖油道集成结构具有以下有益效果:本实用新型微型汽车发动机缸盖油道集成结构,将润滑进气凸轮轴和排气凸轮轴的润滑油道及控制VVT的油路集成在缸盖本体前端面,合理的利用了空间,优化了发动机的整机布置,有效地减少了发动机的体积,节约了成本,提高了发动机的性能。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型微型汽车发动机缸盖油道集成结构作进一步说明。

具体实施方式
如图1至图5所示,本实用新型微型汽车发动机缸盖油道集成结构,该油道集成结构包括分别设置在缸盖本体5前端面内的油道Ⅰ7、油道Ⅱ2及油道Ⅲ3,油道Ⅰ7由缸盖本体5前端面内侧的底端向上延伸至缸盖本体5上端面并连通至前凸轮轴承盖1内侧,以便进入进气凸轮轴油道11及排气凸轮轴油道12,分别对进气凸轮轴4和排气凸轮轴6进行润滑,油道Ⅰ7底端连通缸体的主油道13,缸体的主油道13直接将油分流至油道Ⅰ7中。在进气凸轮轴4一端设有VVT10,与缸盖本体5连接的正时链盒罩壳(图中未示出)上设有OCV阀9,油道Ⅱ2和油道Ⅲ3分别设置在缸盖本体5前端面靠上端的一侧(如图1所示),且油道Ⅱ2和油道Ⅲ3分别连接在VVT10的控制油路与OCV阀9之间(如图4所示)。因此,可实现利用集成布置在缸盖本体5前端面的油道Ⅰ7、油道Ⅱ2及油道Ⅲ3来对进、排气凸轮轴进行润滑,使部分润滑油进入OCV阀9,进而对VVT10进行精准的控制。
工作时,油路按照如下方向为流动:由集滤器14经机油泵15,再由机油泵的出油口17进入机油滤清器16,从机油滤清器的出油口18经过设置在正时链盒罩壳上的斜油道19进入缸体的主油道13,再由缸体的主油道13分流进入设置在缸盖前端面内的油道Ⅰ7,油道Ⅰ7内的油部分向上流进入气凸轮轴油道11及排气凸轮轴油道12,油道Ⅰ7内的另一油部分流进设置在正时链盒罩壳上的OCV阀控制油道8进入OCV阀9,再由与油道Ⅱ2、油道Ⅲ3连接的VVT10控制油路控制VVT10工作。

1.一种微型汽车发动机缸盖油道集成结构,其特征在于,该油道集成结构包括分别设置在缸盖本体(5)前端面内的油道Ⅰ(7)、油道Ⅱ(2)及油道Ⅲ(3),油道Ⅰ(7)由缸盖本体(5)前端面内侧的底端向上延伸至缸盖本体(5)上端面并连通至前凸轮轴承盖(1)内侧,油道Ⅰ(7)底端连通缸体的主油道(13),在进气凸轮轴(4)一端设有VVT(10),与缸盖本体(5)连接的正时链盒罩壳上设有OCV阀(9),油道Ⅱ(2)和油道Ⅲ(3)分别设置在缸盖本体(5)前端面靠上端的一侧,且油道Ⅱ(2)和油道Ⅲ(3)分别连接在VVT(10)的控制油路与OCV阀(9)之间。
