现有技术中的模具镶件的设计和加工中，镶件的4个侧面都设计为直面，虽然便于加工，但是在实际的模具拆装中，镶件会难以取出，在配模中，镶件难以准确地装配进镶件槽中，这样就增加了拆装时间，甚至有时蛮力拆装还会损坏镶件，增加成本。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是解决现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种结构紧凑，装配方便的两正两斜的易装镶件机构。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种两正两斜的易装镶件机构，包括模具，所述的模具中设有与之相嵌接的镶件，所述的镶件相邻的两侧面为直面，所述的镶件相邻的另外两侧面为斜面。
作为优选，所述的镶件斜面的倾斜角度为30度，所述的镶件的上部水平面与模具的上部水平面呈同一水平直线状分布，所述的镶件与模具通过紧固大螺栓相固定，所述的紧固大螺栓经模具向镶件延伸。
因此，本实用新型的两正两斜的易装镶件机构，结构紧凑，提升使用性能，操作方便。

实施例1：如图1所示，一种两正两斜的易装镶件机构，包括模具1，所述的模具1中设有与之相嵌接的镶件2，所述的镶件2相邻的两侧面为直面3，所述的镶件2相邻的另外两侧面为斜面4。所述的镶件2斜面4的倾斜角度为30度，所述的镶件2的上部水平面与模具1的上部水平面呈同一水平直线状分布，所述的镶件2与模具1通过紧固大螺栓5相固定，所述的紧固大螺栓5经模具1向镶件2延伸。

1.一种两正两斜的易装镶件机构，其特征在于：包括模具（1），所述的模具（1）中设有与之相嵌接的镶件（2），所述的镶件（2）相邻的两侧面为直面（3），所述的镶件（2）相邻的另外两侧面为斜面（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的两正两斜的易装镶件机构，其特征在于：所述的镶件（2）斜面（4）的倾斜角度为30度，所述的镶件（2）的上部水平面与模具（1）的上部水平面呈同一水平直线状分布，所述的镶件（2）与模具（1）通过紧固大螺栓（5）相固定，所述的紧固大螺栓（5）经模具（1）向镶件（2）延伸。
