本实用新型涉及一种属于汽车发动机领域,具体涉及到发动机配气机构挺柱结构。
背景技术
挺柱是配气机构的最重要运动件之一,降低挺柱质量对于配气机构的高速动态性能有利,另外减轻挺柱质量可以降低气门弹簧力,对各个配气机构零件的可靠性有利。设计合理的挺柱结构也十分重要。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于在保证挺柱原有功能和刚度强度前提下,提供一种重量轻、气门间隙调整方便,装配简便的新型轻量化机械挺柱结构。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种新型轻量化机械挺柱结构,所述挺柱顶面为球面,其特征在于:所述球面曲率半径SR6000~SR60000,表面具有磷化层,凸出量2~10um。
其进一步特征在于:所述挺柱上设有去重孔。
进一步的:所述去重孔为椭圆、圆形或腰形,均匀布置。
相对于目前常用的机械挺柱,本实用新型质量可以降低12%~18%,与凸轮接触的挺柱外径ΦD增大约10%~17%,凸轮/挺柱许用接触应力提高约20%,通过分组的尺寸W,调节气门间隙十分方便。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示一种新型轻量化机械挺柱结构,所述挺柱内部与气门接触处设置有凸起1。所述挺柱顶面2为球面,加工挺柱顶面2曲率半径SR6000~SR60000,凸出量2~10um,表面进行磷化处理形成磷化层。在挺柱上均匀的加工去重孔3,去重孔3形式为椭圆、圆形和腰形等。根据凸起1的尺寸W按照大约0.02mm分成30组,结合气门间隙要求装配到发动机中。
