Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种新型单螺杆挤出机,属于塑料机械设备技术领域,包括机架,及设置在机架上方的料筒,及设置在料筒顶部的料斗,及环绕设置在料筒上的冷却装置,及设置在料筒内部的螺杆,及设置在螺杆两侧的第一螺旋叶和第二螺旋叶,及设置在料筒两端底部的第一出口和第二出口,所述机架一端设有变速箱和电机,所述变速箱和电机设有皮带相连。由于螺杆两侧设置反向的第一螺旋叶和第二螺旋叶,通过同一螺杆作轴向推进,使物料向两个出口同时挤出,通过冷却装置内设置温控检测仪器,控制和检测料筒的工作温度,其结构简单,减少成本,提高效率,延长使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种新型单螺杆挤出机,属于塑料机械设备技术领域
背景技术
单螺杆挤出机作为一种常见的挤出机设备,用于塑料加工行业。原料从料斗入口进入料筒,在螺杆的作用下一方面通过加温挤压后塑化,另一方面在螺杆的带动下向出料推进,在经过相应的辅助模具或设备制成各种塑料制品。为了保证挤出效果,往往要求塑料在挤压过程中经过初步塑化、完全塑化、建立压力输出等一系列过程,采用传统的单螺杆的结构来保证这一系列过程的实现就必须会使得螺杆的结构相对复杂,长度较长,出口段温度难以控制,给维护和使用带来不便,同时使成品的质量受到一定的影响。本实用为单螺杆挤出机的改进型的一种双向单螺杆挤出机。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种塑料机械设备的技术领域的新型单螺杆挤出机。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:本实用新型的一种新型单螺杆挤出机,包括机架,及设置在机架上方的料筒,及设置在料筒顶部的料斗,及环绕设置在料筒上的冷却装置,及设置在料筒内部的螺杆,及设置在螺杆两侧的第一螺旋叶和第二螺旋叶,及设置在料筒两端底部的第一出口和第二出口,所述机架一端设有变速箱和电机,所述变速箱和电机设有皮带相连。
作为优选的技术方案,所述第一螺旋叶和第二螺旋叶呈反向设置在螺杆两侧。
作为优选的技术方案,所述冷却装置上设有温控检测仪器。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于螺杆两侧设置反向的第一螺旋叶和第二螺旋叶,通过同一螺杆作轴向推进,使物料向两个出口同时挤出,通过冷却装置内设置温控检测仪器,控制和检测料筒的工作温度,其结构简单,减少成本,提高效率,延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的一种新型单螺杆挤出机,包括机架1,及设置在机架1上方的的料筒3,及设置在料筒3顶部的料斗4,及环绕设置在料筒3上的冷却装置5,及设置在料筒3内部的螺杆11,及设置在螺杆11两侧的第一螺旋叶2和第二螺旋叶6,及设置在料筒3两端底部的第一出口12和第二出口10,所述机架1一端设有变速箱7和电机9,所述变速箱7和电机9设有皮带8相连。
其中,所述第一螺旋叶2和第二螺旋叶6呈反向设置在螺杆11两侧。
所述冷却装置5上设有温控检测仪器(未图示),通过温控检测仪器对料筒3温度自动进行采样、即时监控,调控一体化智能温度控制仪。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于螺杆11两侧设置反向的第一螺旋叶2和第二螺旋叶6,通过同一螺杆11作轴向推进,使物料向两个出口同时挤出,通过冷却装置5内设置温控检测仪器,控制和检测料筒3的工作温度,其结构简单,减少成本,提高效率,延长使用寿命。

1.一种新型单螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:包括机架(1),及设置在机架(1)上方的料筒(3),及设置在料筒(3)顶部的料斗(4),及环绕设置在料筒(3)上的冷却装置(5),及设置在料筒(3)内部的螺杆(11),及设置在螺杆(11)两侧的第一螺旋叶(2)和第二螺旋叶(6),及设置在料筒(3)两端底部的第一出口(12)和第二出口(10),所述机架(1)一端设有变速箱(7)和电机(9),所述变速箱(7)和电机(9)设有皮带(8)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型单螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:所述第一螺旋叶(2)和第二螺旋叶(6)呈反向设置在螺杆(11)两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型单螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:所述冷却装置(5)上设有温控检测仪器。
