本实用新型属于电解水制氢领域中电解槽工艺领域。
背景技术
目前市场上水电解制氢装置电解槽的极板通常在厚度在2mm以上,需要在表面冲压凸出***后与极框焊接,最后还要与极框一起镀镍,其工艺步骤多,加工费时,造价高,且装配难度大。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种工艺简单,耗时少,造价低,且装配难度小的超薄极板电解槽。
本实用新型包括两侧极框、极板、垫片,在所述两侧极框之间设置极板,所述极板的两个端面分别通过垫片与相应的极框密封设置。
本实用新型不仅重量减轻很多,工艺步骤简单方便,还节省了大量的人力成本和材料成本。
本实用新型所述极框和极板为分体设置,只需通过极板两侧的垫片来实现密封作用,无需冲压***,再与极框焊接、镀镍,因此厚度可从原本的2mm减少为0.5mm-1.0mm。

如图1所示,本实用新型包括两侧极框1、极板2、垫片3,在两侧极框1之间设置极板2,极板2的两个端面分别通过垫片3与相应的极框1密封设置。
