Abstract

防海盗装置属于船舶设备技术领域，包括板体、挂钩、纵向加强筋、横向加强筋和锯齿，板体的上部焊接有挂钩，板体的下部设有锯齿，在板体和挂钩之间焊接有纵向加强筋，在板体的水平方向焊接有多道横向加强筋。板体表层涂有牛油；板体的水平方向均布焊接有3-5道横向加强筋。纵向加强筋和横向加强筋相互交叉垂直。板体的下部设有6-8个锯齿；板体与挂钩的夹角a为50-60度。多个本装置排列挂在舷外，使海盗的挂梯无法悬挂在船舷处；即使抓挂绳抓住了船舶，在人悬空时也无法攀登上船，另加上装置上涂的牛油使人无处着力，最终阻止海盗上船；装置前端的锯齿在船舶的运行过程中具有一定的威慑作用，能起到阻止海盗上船的辅助作用。

背景技术
目前由于各海域特别是亚丁湾海域的海盗越来越猖獗，使得远洋运输船舶的安全运输受到了日益严重的危险，尽管目前有各国海军舰队的护航行动，但还是有必要增加各远洋运输船舶的自救和防盗措施；海盗攀登船舶的主要方法有用挂梯攀登和抓挂绳攀登两种，如何杜绝这两种攀登是一个急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防海盗装置。
本实用新型要解决的问题是如何杜绝海盗用挂梯攀登和抓挂绳攀登船舶。
为实现本实用新型的目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
本实用新型防海盗装置，包括板体、挂钩、纵向加强筋、横向加强筋和锯齿，板体的上部焊接有挂钩，板体的下部设有锯齿，在板体和挂钩之间焊接有纵向加强筋，在板体的水平方向焊接有多道横向加强筋。
所述挂钩设有2-5个；所述板体表层涂有牛油；所述板体的水平方向均布焊接有3-5道横向加强筋。
所述纵向加强筋和横向加强筋相互交叉垂直。
所述板体的下部设有6-8个锯齿；所述板体与挂钩的夹角a为50-60度。
本实用新型的优点是：多个本装置排列挂在舷外，第一使海盗的挂梯无法悬挂在船舷处；第二即使抓挂绳抓住了船舶，在人悬空时也无法攀登上船，另加上装置上涂的牛油使人无处着力，最终阻止海盗上船，第三装置前端的锯齿在船舶的运行过程中具有一定的威慑作用，能起到阻止海盗上船的辅助作用，具有非常高的应用价值。

如图所示本实用新型防海盗装置，包括板体1、挂钩2、纵向加强筋3、横向加强筋4和锯齿5，板体1的上部焊接有挂钩2，板体1的下部设有锯齿5，在板体1和挂钩2之间焊接有纵向加强筋3，在板体1的水平方向焊接有多道横向加强筋4。
所述挂钩2设有2个，用于将本装置挂在船舷外；所述板体1为钢板表层涂有牛油，起到防滑作用，阻止海盗爬越。
所述板体1的水平方向均布焊接有3道横向加强筋4；纵向加强筋3和横向加强筋4相互交叉垂直，起到一个结构加强的作用。
所述板体1的下部设有6个锯齿5，其具有一定的危险性，能起到阻止海盗上船的辅助作用。
所述板体1与挂钩2的夹角a为50-60度，这样的角度挂在船舷外能起到一个很好的整体防攀登作用。
本实用新型防海盗装置的使用方法：将本装置通过挂钩2挂在船舷外（如图3所示），船只在海上航行期间，如遇到海盗来袭，就可以使得海盗的挂梯无法悬挂在船舷处，同时锯齿5会起到一个威慑作用，即使往上爬由于表层涂有牛油，海盗很容易就会滑入水中，因此具有良好的防海盗性能。

1.防海盗装置，包括板体（1）、挂钩（2）、纵向加强筋（3）、横向加强筋（4）和锯齿（5），其特征是：板体（1）的上部焊接有挂钩（2），板体（1）的下部设有锯齿（5），在板体（1）和挂钩（2）之间焊接有纵向加强筋（3），在板体（1）的水平方向焊接有多道横向加强筋（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防海盗装置，其特征是：所述挂钩（2）设有2-5个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防海盗装置，其特征是：所述板体（1）表层涂有牛油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防海盗装置，其特征是：所述板体（1）的水平方向均布焊接有3-5道横向加强筋（4）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防海盗装置，其特征是：所述纵向加强筋（3）和横向加强筋（4）相互交叉垂直。
