一种数控车床主轴箱四档变频传动结构,包括主轴箱体和主轴,设在主轴箱体一侧的皮带盘,所述的主轴箱体内设有I轴、Ⅱ轴、Ⅲ轴和Ⅳ轴,所述的I轴与皮带盘连接,所述的主轴上设有主轴齿轮,所述的I轴上设有I轴齿轮A和I轴齿轮B;所述的Ⅱ轴上设有双联齿轮和滑移齿轮,所述的Ⅲ轴上设有Ⅲ轴齿轮,所述的Ⅳ轴上设有Ⅳ轴内齿轮和Ⅳ轴齿轮。
所述的双联齿轮与I轴齿轮A和I轴齿轮B分别啮合,所述的滑移齿轮与Ⅲ轴齿轮和Ⅳ轴内齿轮分别啮合,所述的主轴齿轮与Ⅳ轴齿轮啮合。
其工作原理是:主电机通过皮带盘把动力传递给主轴箱,I轴上的两个齿轮与Ⅱ轴上的双联齿轮分别啮合,产生两个速度,Ⅱ轴上的滑移齿轮与Ⅲ轴上齿轮和Ⅳ轴上内齿轮分别啮合,产生两个速度,这样主轴上共产生四档速度,同时再通过变频器调整电机转速,最终实现主轴箱四档齿轮变速,变频无级调速,这种传动结构简单,传动效率大大提高,同时噪音小,故障率低,最大的优势是低速输出扭矩大。
