Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种螺旋状波节管,具有等距或不等距排列的螺旋状波节管段,每一螺旋状波节管段之间通过间隔的有相对应角度的直管段过渡段连接。因此,可有效消除流体产生层流的现象,能形成均匀的流体温度及密度,增强换热管的换热效率。另外,还具有增大了换热面积,避免结垢的产生,提高了使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及换热器的换热管,具体说是一种螺旋状波节管。
背景技术
目前,应用于换热器中的换热管,由传统的直管改变为波纹管,解决了受温度压力的影响而具有可伸缩性的特点,同时也增大了换热面积。但在应用中也存在一定问题。如纹过密,介质的扰动状态不强,层流层较厚等问题。为解决这一问题,在所公开的技术中,公开了一种波节管,它是将多个扰流凸环串接在直管上,并在扰流凸环和直管的连接处设置圆弧连接。这样,使之各段波节管呈规律的变化,通过圆弧过渡,减少了轴向及径向的应力,同时也因具有的扰流凸环使波节管受到流体的冲刷,消除了形成结垢堵塞的可能性。但是,由于是在直管上形成的每一波节凸环管段与直管段径向端的边线之间为垂直波节段。因此在实际应用过程中,唯一不足的是当介质流过直管段时流体扰动较小,还会产生层流层,不能充分形成扰流,其换热效果受到一定的影响。
发明内容
鉴于上述现状,本实用新型提供了一种螺旋状波节管,彻底消除了换热管内层流层的存在,大大增强了换热效果。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种螺旋状波节管,具有等距或不等距排列的螺旋状波节管段,每一螺旋状波节管段之间通过间隔的有相对应倾斜角度的直管段过渡段连接。
因此,流体在螺旋状波节管形成的换热管内流动时,经过的任一换热管的倾斜部位发生变化,使得换热管内流体充分形成扰流,不存在层流状态,能形成均匀的流体温度及密度,增强换热管的换热效率。
本新型中,所述的螺旋状波节管段的倾角为5°— 25°。
总之,本新型的螺旋状波节管,通过各螺旋状波节管段彼此间均匀一定的倾斜角度,可有效消除层流的产生。因此,还具有增大了换热面积,避免结垢的产生,提高了换热管的换热效率。

下面将结合附图实例对本新型作进一步说明。
见附图所示的一种螺旋状波节管,包括螺旋状波节管段1和位于各螺旋状波节管段1之间间隔的有相对应倾斜角度的直管段2过渡段连接构成的换热管。在本新型中,所述的各螺旋状波节管段1相对于直管段2呈一定倾斜角度的配置,该螺旋状波节管的两端是直管3安装端。本新型通过螺旋状波节管段1,避免集中产生层流增强换热效率。本新型中,所提及的螺旋状波节管段1的倾角为5°—25°。
上述实施例,除提及的螺旋状波节管段1是等距排列的方式之外,根据应用特点,其螺旋状波节管段1还可以是非等距排列的,均能满足使用要求。
本新型的螺旋状波节管段1是采用整体一次成型。

1.一种螺旋状波节管,其特征在于,具有等距或不等距排列的螺旋状波节管段(1),每一螺旋状波节管段之间通过间隔的有相对应倾斜角度的直管段(2)过渡段连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋状波节管,其特征在于,所述的螺旋状波节管段(1)的倾角为5°—25°。
