技术领域
本发明涉及用于换热器的换热管,具体说是一种锁链式换热管。改变了换热管内介质流动的交叉截面,强化了换热管的换热效率。
背景技术
通常用于换热器中的换热管为圆形管。由于圆形管的换热截面积大,影响换热效率。为解决这一问题,在所公开的技术中,它是在同一根换热管上按照一定规律制成交叉椭圆形截面换热管,使其交错截面管各管段彼此对应连接。上述设计的交错椭圆形截面换热管与传统方式相比,对于传热系数有了一定的提高。但是,各椭圆形交错截面管段直接连接,容易产生较高的流阻。
发明内容
鉴于上述现状,本发明的目的是提供一种锁链式换热管,通过各交叉管段的延伸自然过渡,减少了流阻,强化了传热效率。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种锁链式换热管,包括换热管本体;其中,所述的换热管本体上具有按间隔交错分布的多节锁链式管段体,每节锁链式管段体间的连接均为过渡延伸交叉连接。因此,通过过渡延伸交叉成管段体的设计消除了各管段间的流阻,增强了流速,避免结垢的生成,有效提高了换热效率。
在本发明中,所涉及的锁链式管段体彼此过渡延伸交叉呈90°。便于换热器中多个锁链式换热管的合理布置,减少占用空间。
本发明具有的积极效果是:因采用了锁链式换热管,而且各管段之间为过渡延伸交叉连接,不仅具有流阻小,而且还可增大介质的流速,减少换热管内壁结垢的生成,大大提高了换热效率。

下面将结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
见图1所示的一种锁链式换热管,包括换热管本体,本实施例所述的换热管本体上具有按间隔交错分布的多节锁链式管段体1,每节锁链式管段体1间的连接均为过渡延伸交叉连接,锁链式管段体1两端的直管2是安装端。这样,换热管为锁链式管段体,彼此间为过渡延伸交叉连接,有利于消除各锁链式管段体1间的流阻。在实际应用中,考虑到所涉及的多个锁链式换热管合理布置在换热器中,减少占用空间。本实施例所述的锁链式管段体1彼此过渡交叉呈90°。本发明的锁链式换热管段体1的两端管体2保留圆形管段,便于同换热器管板的圆孔的焊连接。

1.一种锁链式换热管,包括换热管本体;其特征在于,所述的换热管本体上具有按间隔交错分布的多节锁链式管段体(1),每节锁链式管段体(1)间的连接均为过渡延伸交叉连接,所述的锁链式管段体(1)彼此过渡延伸交叉呈90°。
