背景技术：
轮毂又叫轮圈。根据不同车型的特征和需求，轮毂表面处理工艺也会采取不同的方式，大致可分为烤漆和电镀两种。铝合金轮毂的制造方法有三种：重力铸造、锻造、低压精密铸造。轮毂按材质可以分为二大类：钢轮毂，合金轮毂。而在轮毂的生产过程中，轮毂的形状是一个至关重要的环节，轮毂如果不合格多数是由于轮毂形状不合格而造成的，而在现今的生产过程中，一般情况下轮毂都是有许多的弧度的，但是在生产时往往这样的弧度很难的给打磨出来，这样在生产时就会造成生产不合格等情况出现，这样就会造成许多的损失。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种结构合理、使用方便、打磨准确的一种轮毂打磨装置。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现：
一种轮毂打磨装置，其特征在于：包括机器主架，所述主架一边设有连接架，所述连接架下端设有内侧面打磨刀，所述内侧面打磨刀下方安装有顶面打磨刀，所述内侧面打磨刀刀头与顶面打磨刀形状相同；
所述主架另一边设有连接杆，所述连接杆下端安装有内底面打磨刀，所述内底面打磨刀与顶面打磨刀形状相同；
所述主架一侧连接有液压机箱，所述液压机箱一端安装有液压杆，所述液压杆下端设有外侧面打磨刀，所述外侧面打磨刀与顶面打磨刀形状相同；
所述主架下端设有支撑座，所述支撑座上端连接有固定架。工作时，讲轮毂放置在支撑座上，通过固定架固定，再将每个打磨刀对应轮毂的位置，开始打磨，打磨完毕后将会打磨出四个新的面。
本实用新型的有益效果为：每个打磨刀都可以通过轮毂的大小分别定位，这样在打磨的过程中就很少会出现打磨误差，而打磨刀的大小、形状相同，这样在打磨时就会打磨出相同的面。本实用新型结构合理、使用方便、打磨准确。
