金属制成的离心叶轮是通风设备领域常用的产品，其结构包括金属前圈、金属底盘和固定在两者之间的多个金属叶片，现有的金属制成的离心叶轮其金属前圈外侧部分是平整面，其存在的不足是金属前圈强度低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有离心叶轮存在的不足，提供一种结构新颖，金属前圈强度高的离心叶轮。
为了实现上述的目的，本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案：
离心叶轮，包括金属前圈、金属底盘和固定在两者之间的多个金属叶片，金属前圈由连为一体的内圈和外圈构成，外圈顶面的外侧端部上设置向上凸出的翻边。
作为优选，所述金属底盘底面的外侧端部上设置向下凸出的加强翻边，加强翻边可以加强金属底盘的强度。
采用了上述的技术方案的离心叶轮，外圈顶面的外侧端部上设置向上凸出的翻边。该离心叶轮的优点是结构新颖，金属前圈的强度高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1和图2对本实用新型的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
如图1和图2所示的离心叶轮，包括金属前圈1、金属底盘3和固定在两者之间的多个金属叶片2，金属前圈1由连为一体的内圈11和外圈12构成，外圈12顶面的外侧端部上设置向上凸出的翻边13。金属底盘3底面的外侧端部上设置向下凸出的加强翻边31，加强翻边31可以加强金属底盘的强度。
由于金属前圈1与金属底盘3之间属于离心叶轮的出风口，因此外圈12顶面的翻边13向上凸出，金属底盘3底面的加强翻边31向下凸出，目的就是不影响出风口的出风。

1.离心叶轮，包括金属前圈、金属底盘和固定在两者之间的多个金属叶片，其特征在于金属前圈由连为一体的内圈和外圈构成，外圈顶面的外侧端部上设置向上凸出的翻边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离心叶轮，其特征在于金属底盘底面的外侧端部上设置向下凸出的加强翻边。
