背景技术
目前,换热管主要用于冶金、化工以及制药领域的管式换热器,常用的换热管有直管和波纹管,直管接触面积相对比较小,换热效率较低,而且直管两端的焊缝易开裂,直管内液体容易呈层流状态,影响散热效率。现在使用的波纹管大多是在直管上加工向外凸的波峰,增大管与冷却介质的接触面积,这种波纹管在波峰处容易结垢,影响换热效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对背景技术中所述的现有的换热管存在的换热效率低,容易在波峰结垢的问题,提供一种能够解决前述问题的波节换热管。
实现本实用新型的发明目的的技术方案如下:
一种波节换热管,其包括不锈钢的本体,在本体上设置有波峰和波节,波峰和波节一体成型,波峰处为鼓形,波节处为直管。
本实用新型的波节换热管的有益效果为因为该换热管本体上设置波峰和波节,波节处为直管,不易结垢,波峰为向外凸的,鼓状的,所以,当冷却液在波节管内流动时,在波节处可以对冷却液进行扰流,使冷却液的分层解除,提高热交换的效率。
