本实用新型涉及一种刹车盘,具体涉及一种环槽型刹车盘。 
背景技术
在汽车等车辆装置中,刹车机构普遍采用碟刹机构,其在刹车过程中,刹车盘将迅速发热。因此,刹车盘的散热是车辆优化设计中很有必要考虑的问题。对于目前的刹车盘,其主要的散热设计是,在盘体上开设贯穿盘体的圆柱形散热通孔,从而增大盘体的散热面,然而,实际过程中散热通孔过多会影响刹车盘的机械强度,而散热通孔过少则达不到散热效果。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种环槽型刹车盘。 
其技术方案是:包括刹车盘和连接盘,刹车盘与连接盘相连接。所述刹车盘盘面两侧均设有与刹车盘为同心圆的环形状的凹槽。 
其中,所述刹车盘盘面两侧设置的凹槽设为1—2道,其直径均小于刹车盘盘面的直径。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比较,具有结构简单、制造容易、机械强度性强及散热效率高的优点。
