Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种重建人体膝关节韧带断裂用的双向旋入式挤压螺丝钉器械。由双向旋入式挤压螺丝钉和旋入手柄组成。在双向旋入式挤压螺丝钉中心设有一个贯通螺丝钉两端的长方形旋入手柄***孔,在钉尾部设有一个旋入沟槽,使用旋入手柄可以将螺丝钉从关节内向关节外旋入骨隧道内,也能完成逆向旋入的操作。本实用新型保持了重建韧带的紧张度和牢固性,克服了现有器械固定重建韧带不牢固和紧张度不够的不足。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种重建人体膝关节韧带断裂用的内固定手术器械。由双向旋入式挤压螺丝钉和旋入手柄组成。 
背景技术
目前,公知的人体膝关节内的前、后交叉韧带断裂后重建的方法是:用钢丝、丝线或界面螺丝钉将自体的肌腱、韧带或人工韧带等替代材料,固定在人为开通的股骨和胫骨的骨隧道内进行重建,恢复膝关节的稳定性。用钢丝或丝线固定,因为固定强度不够,术后仍需要用石膏固定,而且重建韧带的紧张度不足,所以手术效果不理想。目前又改用界面螺丝钉固定,由于存在两种缺陷,依然没有解决好重建韧带紧张度不足和固定强度不够的问题。缺陷之一是这种界面钉是逆向旋入的,即只能从骨隧道的外口向关节腔内旋入,这样就会将重建的韧带向关节内挤回一部分,导致重建韧带的紧张度不够而影响治疗效果;缺陷之二是界面钉不能将重建韧带挤压在胫骨骨质致密处,在较大力量牵拉下就会出现松动,所以术后仍要用石膏固定一段时间,因而影响关节功能的恢复。原因是由关节外向关节内旋入的界面螺丝钉的钉尖部分位于胫骨关节面软骨的下方,而此处正是骨致密处,其他部分是松质骨,钉尖部分对重建韧带挤压作用较弱。理想的方法是将螺丝钉由关节腔内向关节腔外旋入骨隧道内,但是由于关节腔内空间狭小,现有手术器械都不能完成此项操作。 
发明内容
为了克服现有器械固定重建韧带不牢固和紧张度不够的不足,本实用新型提供了一种双向旋入式挤压螺丝钉器械,可以将挤压螺丝钉从关节腔内向关节外旋入骨隧道内。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在双向旋入式挤压螺丝钉中心设有一个贯通螺丝钉两端的长方形旋入手柄***孔,在钉尾部设有一个旋入螺丝钉的沟槽,使用头部带横杆的旋入手柄可以将螺丝钉从关节内向关节外旋入骨隧道内,也能完成逆向旋入的操作。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于双向旋入式挤压螺丝钉是从关节内向关节外旋入、而钉尾部又位于关节面下方的骨致密处,从而保持了重建韧带的紧张度和牢固性,克服了现有器械固定重建韧带不牢固和紧张度不够的不足。

具体实施方式
手术时将双向旋入式挤压螺丝钉的钉尖部***胫骨隧道的关节腔内口处,通过骨隧道的外口将旋入手柄的头部横杆通过双向旋入式挤压螺丝钉尖部的***孔(2)插到钉尾部并穿出,旋转手柄90度将旋入手柄横杆(3)放入旋入沟槽(1)内,向外拉紧手柄旋转即可。

1.一种双向旋入式挤压螺丝钉器械,其特征是在双向旋入式挤压螺丝钉的中心设有一个贯通螺丝钉两端的长方形旋入手柄***孔,钉尾部设有旋入螺丝钉的沟槽,旋入手柄头部成横杆状。
