技术领域:本实用新型属汽车用无内胎车轮领域,具体涉及一种单侧双凸峰车轮。
背景技术:目前,现有的无内胎车轮,轮辋与轮辐固接部位的内侧的轮辋是平段结构,由于轮辋与轮辐是通过焊接固连于一体的,而焊接会使这个部位的材料出现兰脆现象,对材料造成损害,在使用过程中,兰脆区的材料首先会达到疲劳极限而出现破碎现象,为了增加其强度,只能通过采用增加轮辋厚度的办法来保证,这种结构存在轮辋与轮辐结合处轮辋的强度低,疲劳寿命短,车轮成本高的缺点。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,强度高,能提高轮辋的疲劳极限和车轮的使用寿命,能降低车轮成本的单侧双凸峰车轮。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种单侧双凸峰车轮,包括轮辋和轮辐,其特征是:在轮辋底槽的同一侧设有内凸峰和外凸峰。其中,所述的内凸峰位于轮辋与轮辐固接部位内侧5-50mm处的轮辋上,外凸峰在气门嘴外侧的轮辋上。
由于采用上述技术方案,在不影响车轮正常安装和使用的情况下,在轮辋与轮辐固接部位内侧和外侧的轮辋底槽上设有内凸峰和外凸峰,可以使轮辋的受力更加均衡,提高轮辋的疲劳寿命,降低了轮辋兰脆区的受力,从而能减少轮辋的厚度,降低车轮的重量,而且气门嘴位于外凸峰内侧,可以保护其不受到伤害,提高气门嘴的寿命。因而具有结构简单,强度高,能提高轮辋的疲劳极限和车轮的使用寿命,降低车轮成本优点。
