背景技术
目前，作为锁具的链条一般都包括由许多链环相套组成，其中有些为了使链条可以防尘、防锈，就在外面套有一层塑料套等，但这种结构不够严密，链环跟塑料套之间存在较大的空隙，还是会有灰尘和锈迹出现，而且塑料套容易出现移位以至于磨损，还影响了链条本身的外观美观程度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构严密、防尘防锈效果好的浸塑链条。
本实用新型的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的：一种浸塑链条，包括由链环组成的链条体，其特征在于：链条体表面粘附有一层塑料层。塑料通过浸塑工艺粘附在链条体上，浸塑是通过加热金属将塑料粉均匀的喷在金属上形成一层塑料膜，或加热浸塑液放入金属件使之冷却后塑料包覆在金属表面，这种工艺有无需模具、加工成本低、成型容易、可加工各种外形等特点被广范使用。
作为对上述一种浸塑链条的优选，所述塑料层外还粘附有一层保护层。
作为对上述一种浸塑链条的优选，所述保护层为UV漆层，UV漆（ultraviolet curing coating）立体状结构，硬度大，耐磨性好，透明度好，产品耐刮碰、耐摩擦，经得起时间的考验，经过强紫外线光固化处理，色泽稳定。
作为对上述一种浸塑链条的优选，链环为“O”形环。
作为对上述一种浸塑链条的优选，链环为“8”字形环。
本实用新型的有益效果是：上述的一种浸塑链条结构简单牢固，密封性好，可以有效防尘防腐防锈，加上UV漆层的保护，更加经久耐用，且外观美观，生产成本也不高。

实施例二，如图3、4所示，一种浸塑链条，包括由链环1组成的链条体2，链条体2表面粘附有一层塑料层3，塑料层3外还粘附有一层保护层4，保护层4为UV漆层，链环1为“8”字形环。

1.一种浸塑链条，包括由链环（1）组成的链条体（2），其特征在于：链条体（2）表面粘附有一层塑料层（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种浸塑链条，其特征在于：所述塑料层（3）外还粘附有一层保护层（4）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种浸塑链条，其特征在于：所述保护层（4）为UV漆层。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种浸塑链条，其特征在于：链环（1）为“O”形环。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种外套塑料套的链条，其特征在于：链环（1）为“8”字形环。
