Abstract

本实用新型提供一种发动机后置中型客车底盘,发动机设置在车架的尾部,通过离合器与变速箱连接构成动力传动机构;其特征在于:后桥采用断开式驱动桥结构,由后桥主减速器和后桥传动轴构成;悬架采用独立悬架机构;后桥主减速器直接固定到车架上;两车轮分别通过独立悬架机构固定到车架上,并与后桥主减速器通过后桥传动轴相连。由于传动轴可以尽可能的短或采用联轴器等方式使得后桥与传动***相连,大大的缩短了传动***的长度,对整车的后悬长度要求也相应减小,可大大提高6-7米客车的舒适性;整车的可靠性也有大幅度提高。本实用新型还解决了传动轴短,跳动时夹角变化大而产生的振动噪音等问题。

技术领域
本实用新型是对现有中型客车底盘结构的改进,进一步讲是提供了一种发动机后置中型客车底盘,特别适用于发动机后置,长度为6至9米的客车底盘的设计,也适用于大于9米的大型客车,属于机动车底盘结构技术领域。
背景技术
后置发动机的大客车的优点在于车内布置合理,车厢内地板平坦,且发动机与车厢分隔开,室内振动和噪声小,舒适性好,车厢面积利用率高,轴荷分配合理,可在车外修理发动机,维修性好等,因此,在国内外已被广泛应用。但对于中型客车而言,传统的发动机后置客车底盘由于受后悬长度的限制,传动***很难布置,往往传动轴设计的很短,其缺陷是当车桥随车轮跳动时,因传动轴较短而导致了中型客车会出现振动噪音等问题,传动轴转速越高振动噪音越大。对于小于7.5米的客车而言,传统的后置发动机几乎是不可能的事情,即使实现了,振动噪音问题也是无法解决的。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种发动机后置中型客车底盘,其目的是解决中型客车发动机后置带来的传动***难于布置、振动噪音大等问题,可有效的提高整车的可靠性。
本实用新型采用了以下技术方案解决了其技术问题:
发动机设置在车架的尾部,通过离合器与变速箱连接构成动力传动机构;其特征在于:后桥采用断开式驱动桥结构,由后桥主减速器和后桥传动轴构成;悬架采用独立悬架机构;后桥主减速器直接固定到车架上;两车轮分别通过独立悬架机构固定到车架上,并与后桥主减速器通过后桥传动轴相连。
本实用新型的后桥采用断开式驱动桥结构,后驱动桥主减速器直接固定到车架上,后桥主减速器不随车轮的上下跳动而跳动,传动轴夹角也不会随着车轮的跳动而变化;两车轮通过独立悬架固定到车架上,然后与后桥主减速器通过两根后桥传动轴传动轴相连,后桥输出轴的转速大幅度降低,对后桥传动轴的要求也大幅度降低,振动噪音问题也会大幅度降低及消除。
本实用新型的积极效果在于:突破了传统的发动机后置的布置方式,采用全新的布置方案,既可以解决后悬短、传动***布置难的问题又可以解决由于传动轴短,跳动时夹角变化大而产生的振动噪音等问题。由于传动轴可以尽可能的短或采用联轴器等方式使得后桥与传动***相连,大大的缩短了传动***的长度,对整车的后悬长度要求也相应减小,对于后悬较短的6-7米客车而言,也可实现发动机后置的要求,可大大提高6-7米客车的舒适性;整车的可靠性也有大幅度提高。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示,本实用新型包括:后桥主减速器1、传动轴2、变速箱3、离合器4、发动机5、车架6、独立悬架7、后桥传动轴8、车轮9;其中,发动机5设置在车架6的尾部,通过离合器4与变速箱3连接构成动力传动机构;其特征在于:后桥采用断开式驱动桥结构,由后桥主减速器1和后桥传动轴8构成;悬架采用独立悬架7;后桥主减速器1直接固定到车架6上,后桥主减速器1不随车轮9的上下跳动而跳动,传动轴2夹角也不会随着车轮9的跳动而变化;两车轮9分别通过独立悬架7固定到车架6上,并与后桥主减速器1通过后桥传动轴8相连,由于后桥主减速器1输出轴的转速大幅度降低,对后桥传动轴8的要求也大幅度降低,振动噪音问题也会大幅度降低,甚至可以避免。
根据目前国内外发动机、离合器、变速器及后桥的现有总成的实际尺寸,后悬最短可设计成小于1900mm,该长度主要取决于发动机、离合器、变速箱的轴向尺寸,对于轴向尺寸较小的V6发动机,后悬长度还可以更小。本实用新型适用于后悬长度不到2米的6-7米客车装备。
