本实用新型属于汽车变速箱技术领域,涉及一种适合于重型汽车的变速箱使用的新型双中间轴全同步汽车变速器。 
背景技术
目前中重型汽车变速箱普遍采用两种技术,即单中间轴的ZF技术和双中间轴的EATON技术,在使用中各有优缺点,如綦江ZF单中间轴变速箱在客车上有很好的换挡性能优势,缺点是承载能力差;法士特EATON双中间轴变速箱在重卡上有承载能力强的优势,其缺点是严重的同步器失效问题。 
重型汽车的变速箱常采用双中间轴变速,采用齿轮径向浮动方式进行传动,以达到尺寸和质量的精简、同时保证输出功率及传动效率,但由于齿轮浮动造成同步器左右两边不同心使重型汽车变速箱的同步器损耗情况严重,更换维修频繁,对使用者带来很大不便。 
实用新型内容
为克服上述的技术缺点,本实用新型提供一种保证输出轴齿轮径向浮动的同时又保证换挡接合齿与轴有径向定位、兼顾双中间轴均载和同步器两边同心的新型双中间轴全同步汽车变速器。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方法是:一种新型双中间轴全同步汽车变速器,包括输入轴、常啮合齿轮、常啮合齿轮的接合齿、各挡输出轴齿轮的结合齿、各挡输出轴齿轮和输出轴,各挡输出轴齿轮通过花键间隙浮动在各挡输出轴齿轮的结合齿上,各挡输出轴齿轮的结合齿通过滚针轴承定心在输出轴上,常啮合齿轮通过花键间隙浮动在输入轴上,常啮合齿轮的接合齿定心在输入轴上。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过输出轴齿轮与换挡接合齿分体结构设计,从而保证输出轴齿轮径向浮动的同时又保证换挡接合齿与轴有径向定位,这样就解决了兼顾双中间轴均载和同步器左右两边同心的问题。

参见图1,一种新型双中间轴全同步汽车变速器,包括输入轴1、常啮合齿轮2、常啮合齿轮的接合齿3、各挡输出轴齿轮的结合齿4、各挡输出轴齿轮5和输出轴6,各挡输出轴齿轮5通过花键间隙浮动在各挡输出轴齿轮的结合齿4上,各挡输出轴齿轮的结合齿4通过滚针轴承定心在输出轴6上,常啮合齿轮2通过花键间隙浮动在输入轴1上,常啮合齿轮的接合齿3定心在输入轴1上。 
本实用新型输出轴齿轮通过花键间隙浮动在接合齿上;保留了EATON双中间轴变速箱通过输出轴齿轮浮动来均载的特点;接合齿通过滚针轴承定心在输出轴上,保留了ZF单中间轴变速箱输出轴齿轮(带接合齿)通过滚针轴承定心在输出轴上来保证同步器锥环与左右接合齿两锥面间同轴的特点。 
采用双中间轴结构,齿轮强度大大提高,输出轴不受径向力(或很小),齿轮是直齿,输出轴及齿轮不受轴向力,轴承寿命可大大提高,从而解决了齿轮强度和轴承寿命两大问题;由于输出轴接合齿不再浮动,保证了换挡的平顺性,保护了同步器。 
本实用新型通过输出轴齿轮与换挡接合齿分体结构设计,从而保证输出轴齿轮径向浮动的同时又保证换挡接合齿与轴有径向定位,这样就解决了兼顾双中间轴均载和同步器左右两边同心的问题。

1.一种新型双中间轴全同步汽车变速器,包括输入轴、常啮合齿轮、常啮合齿轮的接合齿、各挡输出轴齿轮的结合齿、各挡输出轴齿轮和输出轴,其特征是:各挡输出轴齿轮通过花键间隙浮动在各挡输出轴齿轮的结合齿上,各挡输出轴齿轮的结合齿通过滚针轴承定心在输出轴上,常啮合齿轮通过花键间隙浮动在输入轴上,常啮合齿轮的接合齿定心在输入轴上。
