回转分料阀是散装物料输送、转运、快速换向的理想设备，一般输送设备为三通、四通，而对于一些需一分四的管路，目前市场上还没有适合的产品。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是为了解决现有技术的不足，提供一种分料明确，避免物料在输送过程中的堵料和卡料现象的节能五通回转分料器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种节能回转五通分料，包括阀体、分料筒、回转阀芯、阀芯支承、传动组件、分料筒固定支承、接近开关、传动链轮、传动链条、减速电机和底架，所述分料筒为四只分料筒，均匀的设在阀体下部，回转阀芯设在阀体，阀芯支承定在阀芯与传动组件相联，分料筒上布有分料筒固定支承并与底架相连，所述接近开关设在分料筒固定支承上，传动组件一端装有一只传动链轮，另一只传动链轮装在减速机上，减速机装固定在底架上，通过传动链条将减速机与传动组件相联。
工作原理：当装有传动链轮的减速机转动时传动链条带动传动轴转动，使回转阀芯在阀体内作回转运转，当回转阀芯转到第一下料口位置时，接近开关将电路转换成开关信号反馈中控室并显示下料口位置和作现场指示位置，从而达到下料明确的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是：1、下料明确，节省能源消耗；2、阀芯转动灵活，无堵料和卡料现象。

如图1和2所示：一种节能回转五通分料，包括阀体1、分料筒2、回转阀芯3、阀芯支承4、传动组件5、分料筒固定支承6、接近开关7、传动链轮8、传动链条9、减速电机10和底架11，所述分料筒2为四只分料筒2，均匀的设在阀体1下部，回转阀芯3设在阀体1，阀芯支承4定在阀芯2与传动组件5相联，分料筒2上布有分料筒固定支承6并与底架11相连，所述接近开关7设在分料筒固定支承6上，传动组件5一端装有一只传动链轮8，另一只传动链轮8装在减速机10上，减速机10装固定在底架11上，通过传动链条9将减速机10与传动组件5相联。
