具体实施方式:
凹模1安装在上模板2内,凸模3安装在下模板5内,压边圈4与凸模3滑动连接。凹模1和凸模3采用优质合金模具钢材制造,经热处理后表面进行硬化处理。上模板2、压边圈4和下模板5采用空冷钢铸造,表面火焰淬火。
本实用新型的工作方式是:将模具安放在冲压设备的工作台上,上模板连接在设备的上滑块上,下模板连接在工作台上。滑块抬起,放入钢板;然后滑块下降,带动上模下降,与钢板、下模和压边圈接触并完成成型过程。
