本实用新型涉及一种全封闭包胶海绵橡胶密封条，所述密封条包括有海绵芯（2），在海绵芯（2）外全封闭包覆有密实胶皮（1）。本实用新型为一种全封闭密实胶皮包覆海绵芯结构，没有空腔，所以不会产生共鸣声和震动声等噪音，另外也不会发生空管内壁相互粘连的现象，海绵的***层有密实胶皮保护，有效提高了抗磨擦和耐撕裂等性能。

本实用新型涉及一种橡胶密封条。属橡塑制品技术领域。
背景技术
橡胶密封条主要用于汽车门窗及其它车用密封场合，为了起密封作用。其横截面结构一般设计成空管状，如图1所示。但是该类橡胶密封条由于是空管作用，在车门关闭或打开时会产生气流而引起共鸣声和震动声等噪音，另外容易发生空管内壁相互粘连，这是客户所不能接受的。也可以将其横截面结构设计成单纯海绵体，如图2所示。但是海绵体的抗磨擦性能差，抗撕裂性能低，容易将产品工作表面磨破，使用寿命短，永久压缩变形差，导致开门后不回弹现象时有发生。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种不会产生共鸣声和震动声等噪音，另外也不会发生空管内壁相互粘连的现象，提高抗磨擦和耐撕裂等性能的全封闭包胶海绵橡胶密封条。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种橡胶密封条，包括有海绵芯，海绵芯外全封闭包覆有密实胶皮。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型为一种全封闭密实胶皮包覆海绵芯结构，没有空腔，所以不会产生共鸣声和震动声等噪音，另外也不会发生空管内壁相互粘连的现象，海绵的***层有密实胶皮保护，有效提高了抗磨擦和耐撕裂等性能。
