摩托车减震筒简易夹具，包插夹紧油缸、压紧油缸，夹紧座上成型有通孔，夹紧油缸的活塞轴插套在通孔中，带缺口的筒状夹头螺接在夹紧油缸的活塞轴上，筒状夹头的外壁上成型有斜面，相应通孔上部成型有收紧斜面；压紧油缸的活塞轴上固定有压板，压板对着筒状夹头。

工作原理：使用时，夹紧油缸1、压紧油缸6、夹紧座2固定在机架上，摩托车减震筒坯件4一头夹紧在筒状夹头3中，另一端被压板5压着，固定牢固，然后通过钻头或铣头对摩托车减震筒坯件4进行钻、铣。
