本实用新型涉及一种抽水蓄能电站调速器漏油箱回油装置,特别是一种方便隔离检修的抽水蓄能电站调速器漏油箱装置。
背景技术
抽水蓄能电站的调速器都连接有漏油箱,便于收集***漏油,当漏油箱收集的油到达一定程度的时候,连接漏油箱的油泵启动并通过回油管将油抽回到集油槽中。为保证集油槽中的油质,油泵出口都要设置过滤器进行过滤,漏油箱和过滤器均需要定期进行检修。当漏油箱和过滤器进行检修工作时,需要将回油管接头拆开,此时为防止集油槽的油漏出,需要将集油槽的油液面排到回油管的管口以下或者将集油槽的油排完,运行隔离操作的工作量大且不安全。

本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种方便隔离检修的抽水蓄能电站调速器漏油箱装置。本实用新型不仅能方便检修,还能降低运行隔离操作的工作量和提高安全性。
本实用新型的技术方案:方便隔离检修的抽水蓄能电站调速器漏油箱装置,包括漏油箱,其特征在于:所述的漏油箱经回油管依次连接有油泵、过滤器、隔离阀和集油槽。

实施例。方便隔离检修的抽水蓄能电站调速器漏油箱装置,构成如图1所示,包括漏油箱1,特点是:所述的漏油箱1经回油管2依次连接有油泵3、过滤器4、隔离阀5和集油槽6;所述的漏油箱1设置在集油槽6的下方;所述的隔离阀5的位置低于集油槽6;所述的漏油箱1内设有液位传感器7。所述的隔离阀5连接有驱动马达8,所述的漏油箱1内的油经漏油管9流入。
本实用新型在回油管的过滤器后方增设了隔离阀,当漏油箱和过滤器需要进行检修时,关闭该隔离阀就可以将集油槽的油安全可靠地隔离,不再需要将集油槽的油液面排到回油管的管口以下或者将集油槽的油排空,操作变得简便,安全可靠,极大地减少了隔离工作量。

1.方便隔离检修的抽水蓄能电站调速器漏油箱装置,包括漏油箱(1),其特征在于:所述的漏油箱(1)经回油管(2)依次连接有油泵(3)、过滤器(4)、隔离阀(5)和集油槽(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方便隔离检修的抽水蓄能电站调速器漏油箱装置,其特征在于:所述的漏油箱(1)设置在集油槽(6)的下方。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方便隔离检修的抽水蓄能电站调速器漏油箱装置,其特征在于:所述的隔离阀(5)的位置低于集油槽(6)。
