本实用新型涉及一种机械加工专用设备，特别是一种舵叶锥孔镗孔装置。 
背景技术
目前在机械加工行业，对于锥孔的镗削主要采用的是镗杆加工或镗床加工。采用镗杆加工具有成本高，工装体积重量大等一系列不足之处；而采用镗床加工，不仅加工成本高，而且还产生附近的吊装运输成本，并且加工尺寸受限。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种占用空间小、重量轻，施工场地不受限制的便携式舵叶锥孔镗孔机。 
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括驱动***、镗杆、刀具，其特征在于，所述驱动***包括电机和链轮传动装置，所述镗杆带有指定锥度比例的靠模。 
上述方案中，所述驱动***还包括减速机。 
上述方案中，所述镗杆通过齿轮带动螺旋机构旋转。 
优选地，所述镗孔机还包括无级变速控制器。 
由于本实用新型采用了上述结构，因此具有加工范围广、重量轻、施工场地不受限制的优点。

具体实施方式
如图所示，粗略找准待加工锥孔的轴线并将前支座1、后支座4固定在锥孔的前后端上的适宜位置，电机及减速机带动链轮5转动，链轮5带动镗杆2绕待加工件的锥孔轴线作旋转运动，镗杆带动走刀箱6绕锥孔轴线旋转，走刀箱6带动齿轮7、8、9绕锥孔轴线旋转，由于齿轮7的旋转被限制，故齿轮8带动齿轮10旋转，齿轮10带动螺旋机构旋转，进而，刀盒3上的刀具在镗杆2的带动下径向镗孔，并在螺旋机构的带动下及在镗杆靠的限制下沿与待加工锥孔的母线的平行线作直线运动，实现轴向进刀。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式舵叶锥孔镗孔机，其特征在于，所述镗杆通过齿轮带动螺旋机构旋转。
4.根据权利要求3所述的便携式舵叶锥孔镗孔机，其特征在于，所述镗孔机还包括无级变速控制器。
