本实用新型针对市场上述问题,采取的技术方案是:一种陶瓷印刷电路板,包括:一具有电绝缘性的陶瓷基板,由陶瓷材料制成,其特征在于:还包括一印制有电路图案银胶层,银胶层为烘干的印刷涂布,银胶层上还有具有电绝缘性的纳米釉层。
这里纳米釉层用来覆盖住银胶层和电器原件,用以提供电气绝缘保护。纳米釉层为纳米颗粒烧结而成。
本实用新型的绝缘性能更好,并且更加防尘。
