本实用新型涉及一种柴油机的进气管。该进气管包括进气总管和进气接管,进气总管与进气接管通过法兰连接口相连通,进气总管内均布设有四个涡旋状进气歧管;所述进气接管中部安装有废气再循环阀安装座,从而使来自于废气再循环(EGR)阀的废气在进入进气总管之前,能够充分地与新鲜空气混合,保证了每缸的进气均匀性,达到改善排放的目的。进气总管的内径为50-52mm,使气体在进入燃烧室前,有一个恒定的进气压力,避免了进气压力的波动,保证了每缸进气量的均匀性。进气总管上的每个涡旋状进气歧管的进气口形状为矩形,提高各缸的充气效率。

技术领域
本实用新型属于内燃机技术领域,具体涉及一种柴油机进气管。 
背景技术
为了满足国家对柴油机欧III排放及欧IV排放甚至以及欧V等更加严格的排放法规的要求,采用新技术、新工艺压铸成型,表面光滑无需清砂,降低进气阻力,使各缸的进气均匀,从而达到降低排放的目的。而传统进气管的设计一般均为铸铁件,并浇铸成一体,采用这种一体结构存在如下问题:脱模不方便,清砂困难,加工成本高,而且铸铁不仅重量大,还易生锈,最主要的是充气效率低,各缸进气不均匀,难以满足日益严格的排放要求。 
实用新型内容
为了解决充气效率低,各缸进气的不均匀性以及废气中NOx的含量等问题,本实用新型提供一种新结构柴油机进气管。 
具体的结构改进技术方案如下: 
一种柴油机的进气管包括进气总管2和进气接管1,进气总管2与进气接管1通过法兰连接口相连通,进气总管2内均布设有四个涡旋状进气歧管,所述进气接管1中部安装有废气再循环阀安装座1-1,进气总管的内径为50-52mm;进气总管2上的每个涡旋状进气歧管的进气口2-3形状为矩形。 
所述进气总管2上的每个涡旋状进气歧管的矩形进气口2-3尺寸为34x40mm。 
本实用新型将废气再循环(EGR)阀安装座1-1安装于进气接管1中间部位,从而使来自于废气再循环(EGR)阀的废气在进入进气总管2之前,能够充分地与新鲜空气混合,保证了每缸的进气均匀性,达到改善排放的目的。进气总管2的内径为50-52mm,使气体在进入燃烧室前,有一个恒定的进气压力,避免了进气压力的波动,保证了每缸进气量的均匀性。每缸具有一个34x40mm矩形进气歧管口2-3,它一端与进气总管相连通,另一端分别与气缸盖上的螺旋进气道相连,提高各缸的充气效率。

实施例: 
一种柴油机的进气管包括进气总管2和进气接管1,进气总管2与进气接管1通过接管法兰连接口1-2和总管法兰连接口2-2相连通。进气总管2上均布设有两个高压共轨安装座2-1,进气总管2内均布设有四个涡旋状进气歧管。所述进气接管1中部安装有废气再循环阀安装座1-1,进气接管的内径为50-52mm;进气总管2上的每个涡旋状进气歧管的进气口2-3形状为矩形,矩形进气口2-3的尺寸为34x40mm。 
使用时,根据不同工况下废气再循环(EGR)阀的开启与关闭是废气和新鲜空气充分混合后,进入进气总管2是进气压力保持稳定,然后通过进气歧管2-3进入燃烧室,从而保证各缸进气的均匀性,实现降低排放的目的。

1.一种柴油机进气管,包括进气总管(2)和进气接管(1),进气总管(2)与进气接管(1)通过法兰连接口相连通,进气总管(2)内均布设有四个涡旋状进气歧管,其特征在于:所述进气接管(1)中部安装有废气再循环阀安装座(1-1),进气总管的内径为50-52mm;进气总管(2)上的每个涡旋状进气歧管的进气口(2-3)形状为矩形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油机进气管,其特征在于:所述进气总管(2)上的每个涡旋状进气歧管的矩形进气口(2-3)尺寸为34x40mm。
