本实用新型涉及一种免充气轮胎。
背景技术
自行车、电动车、摩托车,已成为现代人出行代步工具,它们的工作原理都是通过车轮转动达到前进的目的,由于气体活动能力很强,造成轮胎内气体跑气,给驾驶者的正常生活添加了不少烦恼,甚至发生爆胎还对生命带来危险。传统的轮胎一般是充气轮胎,这都是传统充气轮胎无法解决的隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点和不足,提供一种耐用、寿命长、安全性能高的免充气轮胎。
本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种免充气轮胎,主要由实心的轮胎本体、以及设置在轮胎本体内壁上的毂圈座构成,所述轮胎本体的侧壁上设置有若干个通孔。
所述通孔绕轮胎本体的中轴线呈均匀分布。
所述通孔为锥形圆孔。
所述通孔倾斜于轮胎本体的中轴线设置。
所述轮胎本体由软性橡胶材料制成。
所述轮胎本体的外壁上设置有耐磨层,由于轮胎本体采用较软的橡胶材料制作,在使用的过程中容易磨损,本实用新型通过在轮胎本体的外壁上设置耐磨层,从而使其兼具优良的耐磨和缓震性能。
综上所述,本实用新型的有益效果是:结构简单新颖、耐用、寿命长、具有很强的实用性和推广价值。

下面结合实施例及附图,对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明,但本实用新型的实施方式不仅限于此。
实施例:
如图1、2所示,本实用新型主要由软性橡胶材料制成的实心轮胎本体1、以及设置在轮胎本体1内壁上的毂圈座2构成,毂圈座2用于将轮胎本体1安装在毂圈上;所述轮胎本体1的侧壁上设置有若干个通孔3,当轮胎本体1受压时通孔3被压缩,通过通孔3将压力分散到周边,当轮胎本体1不受压时,通孔3还原,通过通孔3提供轮胎本体1压缩的空间,达到缓震的效果。
本实用新型的通孔3为圆台形,内部没有转角,通孔3被压缩时受力均匀,应力较小,因此不容易裂开;由于圆台形通孔的特性使得轮胎本体1不会造成单点受力而产生单点疲劳和发热,从而延长整个轮胎的使用寿命。
本实用新型的通孔3倾斜于轮胎本体1的中轴线设置,从而加长其受力面积、提高车辆承载能力和回弹力,同时利用斜孔特性在车辆运转中,增加空气对流来提高轮胎散热能力。
所述的通孔3的直径和间距可根据轮胎的大小来设置,如单车或摩托车轮胎,则通孔的直径为0.5~1.5cm左右,相邻的通孔3的间距为0.2~0.8cm左右;该通孔3均匀分布在至少一个以轮胎本体1的中轴线为圆心的同心圆上,从而使得各个通孔3受力更加均匀,轮胎被压缩时不会颠簸,如图1所示,本实施例中的通孔3均匀分布在两个以轮胎本体1的中轴线为圆心的同心圆上,即通孔3分为两层,缓震的效果相对单层较好。
轮胎本体1的外壁上还设置有耐磨层4,由于轮胎本体1采用较软的橡胶材料制作,在使用的过程中容易磨损,本实用新型通过在轮胎本体1的外壁上设置耐磨层4,从而使其兼具优良的耐磨和缓震性能。
如上所述,便可较好的实现本实用新型。

1.免充气轮胎,其特征在于,主要由实心的轮胎本体(1)、以及设置在轮胎本体(1)内壁上的毂圈座(2)构成,所述轮胎本体(1)的侧壁上设置有若干个通孔(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免充气轮胎,其特征在于,所述通孔(3)绕轮胎本体(1)的中轴线呈均匀分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的免充气轮胎,其特征在于,所述通孔(3)为锥形圆孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的免充气轮胎,其特征在于,所述通孔(3)倾斜于轮胎本体(1)的中轴线设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的免充气轮胎,其特征在于,所述轮胎本体(1)由软性橡胶材料制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的免充气轮胎,其特征在于,所述轮胎本体(1)的外壁上设置有耐磨层(4)。
