背景技术
现有技术的中压地埋电缆，一般在导电芯线和绝缘层之间设置半导体内屏蔽层，避免导体与绝缘层之间的局部放电；在绝缘层和外护套之间设置半导体外屏蔽层，避免绝缘层和外护套之间间隙所引起的局部放电；上述结构无法完全屏蔽电场的影响，容易发生芯线间绝缘层的击穿。另外，现有的中压地埋电缆无阻水层，在潮湿环境中更容易造成电流击穿，存在着安全性差的缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷，提出一种屏蔽效果好，安全性能高，适用潮湿环境中使用的防水中压螺旋地埋电缆。
