本实用新型涉及一种阻水中压电缆,包括护套和在护套内相互绞合的三根线芯,所述线芯由内至外依次同心设置有导体、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、半导体阻水带、铜丝屏蔽层、阻水带,三根线芯外填充有内衬层,隔离套外包裹铠装层,外护套包裹在铠装层外。本实用新型在三根线芯上绕包上两层阻水带后,直接挤压成一根线缆,生产方便,效率高;与现有的阻水电缆由三根单芯阻水电缆直接绞合而成相比,具有成本低,阻水效果好的优势。

本实用新型属于电力传输领域,具体涉及一种电力电缆,尤其是一种阻水中压电缆。
背景技术
电缆在正常运行时是处于一个热稳定状态,导体温度一般都在60℃以上,如果有水分浸入会导致导体氧化,使得导体中单线间的接触电阻增加从而增大了导体电阻、增加了输电线路的能量损耗,严重时还会引发事故。现有的普通电缆本身不具备阻水特性,在地下水位较高或常年多雨地区水分很容易渗入护套或从护套的破损处侵入到电缆内部,引发事故。
传统的阻水电缆通常是单芯的,而多芯阻水电缆则是将多根单芯电缆绞合在一起并将两端扎紧来代替。而传统的单芯阻水电缆其阻水层具有成本高、阻水效果差的缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、阻水效果好的阻水中压电缆。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用一种阻水中压电缆,包括护套和在护套内相互绞合的三根线芯,所述线芯由内至外依次同心设置有导体、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、半导体阻水带、铜丝屏蔽层、阻水带,三根线芯外填充有内衬层,隔离套外包裹铠装层,外护套包裹在铠装层外。
本实用新型进一步设置为所述内衬层为一次性挤压成型,生产方便,效率高。
本实用新型进一步设置为所述阻水带绕包在铜丝屏蔽层外,半导体阻水带绕包在绝缘屏蔽层外。
本实用新型的有益效果是在三根线芯上绕包上两层阻水带后,直接挤压成一根线缆,生产方便,效率高;与现有的阻水电缆由三根单芯阻水电缆直接绞合而成相比,具有成本低,阻水效果好的优势。

如图1所示,本实用新型的具体实施例是一种阻水中压电缆,包括护套10和在护套内相互绞合的三根线芯,所述线芯由内至外依次同心设置有导体1、导体屏蔽层2、绝缘层3、绝缘屏蔽层4、半导体阻水带5、铜丝屏蔽层6、阻水带7,三根线芯外填充有内衬层8,内衬层8外包裹铠装层9,外护套10包裹在铠装层9外,上述内衬层8一次挤压成型,上述阻水带7绕包在铜丝屏蔽层6外,半导体阻水带5绕包在绝缘屏蔽层4外。

1.一种阻水中压电缆,包括护套和在护套内相互绞合的三根线芯,其特征在于:所述线芯由内至外依次同心设置有导体、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、半导体阻水带、铜丝屏蔽层、阻水带,三根线芯外填充有内衬层,隔离套外包裹铠装层,外护套包裹在铠装层外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻水中压电缆,其特征在于:所述内衬层一次挤压成型。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阻水中压电缆,其特征在于:所述阻水带绕包在铜丝屏蔽层外,半导体阻水带绕包在绝缘屏蔽层外。
