背景技术
中国专利012804649给出了一种新型的用于采暖的地热电缆。它主要是提供提高了电缆的密封性,在地板出现裂纹时也不易进水。但其没有考虑到电缆工作环境中高温对于电缆寿命的影响,由于缺乏隔热措施,电缆的使用寿命将受到较大影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为解决上述问题,提供一种结构简单,使用方便,可以有效提高电缆耐高温能力的耐高温地热电缆。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种耐高温地热电缆,它包括一组线芯,所述线芯的外部设有内绝缘层,在内绝缘层的外部设有屏蔽套,在内绝缘层与屏蔽套间偏心的放置一组接地线,在屏蔽套的外部设有外绝缘层,在外绝缘层的外部设有耐热层。
本实用新型在现有地热电缆的外部增设了耐热层,从而提高了电缆的耐高能力,有效延长了电缆的使用寿命。
本实用新型的有益效果是:结构简单,耐高温能力强,产品使用寿命长。
