本实用新型提供了一种球阀,包括阀体、阀盖、球体、上阀杆、下阀杆、阀座、密封圈,球体安装在阀体内腔,密封圈镶嵌在阀座内,阀座与阀体之间通过O形圈密封,阀体内腔二侧装有阀座,阀座的背部设有台阶,阀座的台阶与阀体之间装有弹簧,阀盖安装在阀体之上。密封圈底部与阀座之间还安装有弹性密封垫,球体与上阀杆、下阀杆为一整体,上阀杆与阀盖之间装有滑动轴承,下阀杆与阀体之间装有滑动轴承。本实用新型的有益效果是采用了上装式结构,阀座、球体、密封圈等均从上部装入,检修时方便快捷。

本实用新型涉及一种阀门装置,尤其是是一种球阀。
背景技术
目前在使用在冶金、石化领域的高压球阀,一般采用三段式结构,即阀体两侧各装有阀盖,阀体与阀盖之间通过螺栓螺母连接,在检修时需要将阀门从管道上拆下,将阀门解体后才能更换密封圈等易损件,费工费时。另外检修时管道中的有毒有害介质易泄漏,对维修人员造成伤害和对环境造成污染。
发明内容
为了克服现有高压球阀采用三段式结构,检修时费工费时,且管道中有毒有害介质易对维修人员和环境造成伤害及污染的不足,本实用新型提供一种球阀。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种球阀,包括阀体、阀盖、球体、上阀杆、下阀杆、阀座、密封圈,球体安装在阀体内腔,密封圈镶嵌在阀座内,阀座与阀体之间通过O形圈密封,阀体内腔二侧装有阀座,阀座的背部设有台阶,阀座的台阶与阀体之间装有弹簧,阀盖安装在阀体之上。
密封圈底部与阀座之间还安装有弹性密封垫,球体与上阀杆、下阀杆为一整体,上阀杆与阀盖之间装有滑动轴承,下阀杆与阀体之间装有滑动轴承。
本实用新型的有益效果是采用了上装式结构,阀座、球体、密封圈等均从上部装入,检修时方便快捷,且不会对人员和环境造成伤害及污染。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种球阀,包括阀体9、阀盖2、球体3、上阀杆1、下阀杆10、阀座6、密封圈5,球体3安装在阀体9内腔,密封圈5镶嵌在阀座6内,阀座6与阀体9之间通过O形圈8密封,阀体9内腔二侧装有阀座6,阀座6的背部设有台阶,阀座6的台阶与阀体9之间装有弹簧4,弹簧4推动阀座6与密封圈5和球体3密封面接触,实现初始密封,工作时靠介质压力实现自力式密封,阀盖2安装在阀体9之上。
密封圈5底部与阀座6之间还安装有弹性密封垫7,球体3与上阀杆1、下阀杆10为一整体,上阀杆1与阀盖2之间装有滑动轴承11,下阀杆10与阀体9之间装有滑动轴承11,在启闭的过程中相对摩擦力矩小,启闭灵活。
阀盖2安装于阀体9之上,阀座6、球体3、密封圈5均可以从阀体9的上部装入,检修时不需将阀门从管线上拆下,仅需打开阀盖2,将球体3取出即可方便地更换密封圈5、O形圈8等易损件,维修方便快捷,且有效防止了有毒有害介质对环境造成的污染。

1.一种球阀,包括阀体、阀盖、球体、上阀杆、下阀杆、阀座、密封圈,球体安装在阀体内腔,密封圈镶嵌在阀座内,阀座与阀体之间通过O形圈密封,其特征在于:所述的阀体内腔二侧装有阀座,阀座的背部设有台阶,阀座的台阶与阀体之间装有弹簧,阀盖安装在阀体之上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球阀,其特征在于:所述的密封圈底部与阀座之间还安装有弹性密封垫。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的球阀,其特征在于:所述的球体与上阀杆、下阀杆为一整体,上阀杆与阀盖之间装有滑动轴承,下阀杆与阀体之间装有滑动轴承。
