本实用新型公开了一种铅酸蓄电池板栅,所述板栅包括一个板栅边框及由边框包围的一个栅板,所述边框内的栅板上设置有多个正六边形栅格,所述栅格布置方式为:在横向方向上栅格为面积相等的正六边形、均匀排列,在竖直方向上正六边形栅格的边长自上而下逐渐递增,栅板上、栅格和栅格之间的空隙为栅肋,所述栅肋自上而下逐渐变细。所述板栅可以提高板栅强度及蓄电池比能量。

本实用新型涉及一种铅酸蓄电池板栅。
背景技术
目前,铅酸蓄电池板栅的栅格是四边形,铸造板栅一般是长方形,拉网板栅一般是菱形,这些形状容易变形,因此要求板栅必须做得较厚,相应极板也要做的较厚,这样会降低蓄电池的比能量。又由于栅格框分布均匀,则使得靠近汇流排处导电横截面积偏小,影响汇流能力,蓄电池放电倍率不能太大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题就在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种铅酸蓄电池板栅,它可以提高板栅强度及蓄电池比能量。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
本实用新型一种铅酸蓄电池板栅,所述板栅包括一个板栅边框及由边框包围的一个栅板,所述边框内的栅板上设置有多个正六边形栅格,所述栅格布置方式为:在横向方向上栅格为面积相等的正六边形、均匀排列,在竖直方向上正六边形栅格的边长自上而下逐渐递增,栅板上、栅格和栅格之间的空隙为栅肋,所述栅肋自上而下逐渐变细。
所述板栅边框的厚度大于栅肋的厚度。
所述板栅为合金铅板材质,板栅表面设置有涂覆铅粉层。
本实用新型的栅格采用多个正六边形,属于蜂窝结构,增加了板栅的强度,同时栅格的边长由板栅的底边向汇流排处逐渐减小,使板栅的栅肋相应变细,靠近汇流排处的导电横截面变大,提高了汇流能力及蓄电池放电倍率,延长了使用寿命,从而解决了使其提高板栅强度及蓄电池比能量的技术问题。
本实用新型结构简单,其优点如下:
1、本实用新型的栅格采用正六边形,属于蜂窝结构,增加了板栅的强度和寿命,相应延长了蓄电池的寿命,提高了使用效率。
2、本实用新型的栅肋变细,增加了板栅的强度,板栅与极板的厚度可做得较薄,提高了蓄电池的比能量。
3、本实用新型由于正六边形的边长由底边向汇流排处减小,栅肋变细,提高了栅肋汇流能力,增加蓄电池放电倍率,而具实用性。

如图1所示,本实用新型一种铅酸蓄电池板栅,所述板栅包括一个板栅边框1及由边框包围的一个栅板2,所述边框内的栅板上设置有多个正六边形栅格3,所述栅格布置方式为:在横向方向上栅格为面积相等的正六边形、均匀排列,在竖直方向上正六边形栅格的边长3-1自上而下逐渐递增,栅板上、栅格和栅格之间的空隙为栅肋4,所述栅肋自上而下逐渐变细。
所述板栅边框的厚度大于栅肋的厚度。
所述板栅为合金铅板材质,板栅表面设置有涂覆铅粉层。
本实用新型的栅格采用多个正六边形,属于蜂窝结构,增加了板栅的强度,同时栅格的边长由板栅的底边向汇流排处逐渐减小,使板栅的栅肋相应变细,靠近汇流排处的导电横截面变大,提高了汇流能力及蓄电池放电倍率,延长了使用寿命,从而解决了使其提高板栅强度及蓄电池比能量的技术问题。

2.如权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池板栅,其特征在于:所述板栅边框的厚度大于栅肋的厚度。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的铅酸蓄电池板栅,其特征在于:所述板栅为合金铅板材质,板栅表面设置有涂覆铅粉层。
