技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种铅酸蓄电池,特别涉及一种提高板栅强度及汇流能力的铅酸蓄电池板栅。
背景技术
目前,铅酸蓄电池板栅的栅格是四边形,铸造板栅一般是长方形,拉网板栅一般是菱形,这些形状容易变形,因此要求板栅必须做得较厚,相应极板也要做的较厚,这样会降低蓄电池的比能量。又由于栅格框分布均匀,则使得靠近汇流排处导电横截面积偏小,影响汇流能力,蓄电池放电倍率不能太大。
有鉴于此,为了克服上述缺点,本创作人根据自己的实际经验及技术理念,经研究、开发,而终有本实用新型产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是要提供一种铅酸蓄电池板栅,以解决使其提高板栅强度及蓄电池比能量的技术问题。
解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是这样的:
一种铅酸蓄电池板栅,其特征是:该板栅包括有一个边框,边框内设置有多个正六边形的栅格,该些栅格横向等面积均匀排列,栅格的边长由板栅的边框底边纵向逐渐减小,其栅肋逐渐***;
该板栅为合金铅板材质,其表面涂覆铅粉;
该板栅的边框厚度大于栅肋厚度。
本实用新型的栅格采用多个正六边形,属于蜂窝结构,增加了板栅的强度,同时栅格的边长由板栅的底边向汇流排处逐渐减小,使板栅的栅肋相应***,靠近汇流排处的导电横截面变大,提高了汇流能力及蓄电池放电倍率,延长了使用寿命,从而解决了使其提高板栅强度及蓄电池比能量的技术问题。
本实用新型结构简单,其优点如下:
1、本实用新型的栅格采用正六边形,属于蜂窝结构,增加了板栅的强度和寿命,相应延长了蓄电池的寿命,提高了使用效率。
2、本实用新型的栅肋***,增加了板栅的强度,板栅与极板的厚度可做得较薄,提高了蓄电池的比能量。
3、本实用新型由于正六边形的边长由底边向汇流排处减小,栅肋***,提高了栅肋汇流能力,增加蓄电池放电倍率,而具实用性。

如图1所示,为本实用新型的结构示意图。该铅酸蓄电池板栅10,其中,该板栅10包括有一个边框13,该边框13内设置有多个正六边形的栅格11,该些栅格11横向等面积均匀排列,栅格11的边长111由板栅10的边框底边13纵向逐渐减小,其栅肋12逐渐***;
该板栅10为合金铅板材质,其表面涂覆铅粉;
该板栅10的边框13厚度大于栅肋12的厚度。
该铅酸蓄电池的板栅10的栅格11为正六边形蜂窝结构,增加了板栅10的强度和寿命,延长了蓄电池的寿命;其栅肋12***增加了板栅强度,板栅与极板的厚度可做得较薄,提高蓄电池的比能量;同时栅格11的边长111由底边向汇流排处减小,栅肋12***,提高了栅肋12汇流能力,增加蓄电池放电倍率。
综上所述,本实用新型提升了使用功效,具有实用性,符合实用新型专利各要件,故依法提出实用新型专利申请。
