本实用新型公开了一种围条挤出设备，具有复合机头，复合机头具有多个进料口和一个挤出口，复合机头的进料口连接螺杆挤出机的出料口，其特征在于：所述复合机头具有五个进料口，五个进料口分别对应五台螺杆挤出机。本实用新型能够生产五色围条，也能够生产掺有回料、底面敷设胶料的三色围条。

一种围条挤出设备
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种热成型橡胶挤出机，具体涉及的是一种围条挤出设备的改进发明。
【背景技术】
围条，又称胶鞋围条，是指贴设在胶鞋侧面绕鞋底一圈，具有装饰功能的橡胶扁条，因为胶鞋围条的外观有要求，所以其基体材料一般采用优质的橡胶原料(生产成本高)，然后在胶鞋围条基体的表面敷设一至两条色带，增加美感，而上述工作都是在一台围条挤出设备上完成的。为生产上述敷设两条色带的胶鞋围条，现有技术的围条挤出设备一般采用三台螺杆挤出机，一台主螺杆挤出机挤出胶鞋围条的基体，另两台辅螺杆挤出机分别挤出两种不同颜色的色带，然后通过连接三台螺杆挤出机出料口的复合机头共同挤出，形成带两条色带的胶鞋围条；还有，胶鞋围条底面在与胶鞋贴合时需涂上胶料，这个工作需人工或在其它设备上完成；最后，如果要生产五色围条，即在围条基体上敷设四种不同颜色的色带，在现有技术的围条挤出设备是不能完成的。
【发明内容】
鉴于目前公知技术存在的问题，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种能够生产五色围条，也能够生产掺有回料、底面敷设胶料的三色围条的围条挤出设备。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的：
一种围条挤出设备，具有复合机头，复合机头具有多个进料口和一个挤出口，复合机头的进料口连接螺杆挤出机的出料口，其特征在于：所述复合机头具有五个进料口，五个进料口分别对应五台螺杆挤出机。
本实用新型将现有带三个进料口的复合机头改进为带五个进料口的复合机头，同时配设五台螺杆挤出机，其中用主螺杆挤出机挤出以回料(回料就是橡胶边角料的再次回收利用，色差大，生产成本低)为原料的围条基体，用副螺杆挤出机挤出以优质橡胶原料为原料的围条表层(薄薄一层覆盖在围条基体表面，使围条外观达到要求)，用两台辅螺杆挤出机挤出两种不同颜色的色条，最后的一台螺杆挤出机挤出胶料给围条底面上胶，所以说，本实用新型可以生产出掺有回料、底面敷设胶料的三色围条。如果上述五台螺杆挤出机以现有生产方式生产，四台辅螺杆挤出机挤出四种不同颜色的色条，与围条基体一起就可生产出五色围条。

参照附图1，该围条挤出设备，包括五台螺杆挤出机、复合机头6和辅机7，复合机头6具有五个进料口和一个挤出口，复合机头6的五个进料口分别连接五台螺杆挤出机的出料口，五台螺杆挤出机：一台主螺杆挤出机1，以回料为原料挤出围条基体；一台副螺杆挤出机2，以优质橡胶原料为原料挤出围条表层；两台辅螺杆挤出机3和5，挤出两种不同颜色的色条；一台辅螺杆挤出机4，挤出胶料。
本实用新型是这样工作的，五台螺杆挤出机通过复合机头共同挤出掺有回料、底面敷设胶料的三色围条，然后围条在辅机中压花、冷却、定长切断，最后由输送带送出。
