本发明公开了一种新型白胎侧挤出装置,包括Ф150螺杆、Ф200螺杆、Ф90螺杆、Ф120螺杆、新型白胎侧挤出线机头、挤出的白胎侧胶、新型白胎侧挤出线辅线、覆盖胶片、Ф90螺杆挤出机、小双两辊挤出机、传输带,Ф150螺杆、Ф200螺杆、Ф90螺杆和Ф120螺杆由下至上通过管道依次顺利连接新型白胎侧挤出线机头,传输带两侧铺装有新型白胎侧挤出线辅线,挤出的白胎侧胶铺装在传输带中心位置,覆盖胶片安装在小双两辊挤出机转轴上,通过独家设计半钢白胎侧轮胎生产所需的新型白胎侧挤出线,通过Ф150/Ф200/Ф90/Ф120四复合挤出联动线,分别挤出胎侧胶、子口胶、隔离胶、白胶,复合压出线可实现两条对称的胎侧,一条白、一条黑同时挤出,并对白胶一侧的胎侧,加贴保护层的覆盖胶。

技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎生产领域,特别是一种新型白胎侧挤出装置。
背景技术
目前半钢轮胎行业生产白胎侧轮胎,一般通过Ф150/Ф200/Ф120三复合挤出联动线完成,白胶与胎侧胶直接接触,白胶容易污染胎侧胶,影响胎侧的柔韧性,不利于白胎侧轮胎质量的稳定性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种新型白胎侧挤出装置。为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种新型白胎侧挤出装置,包括Ф150螺杆、Ф200螺杆、Ф90螺杆、Ф120螺杆、新型白胎侧挤出线机头、挤出的白胎侧胶、新型白胎侧挤出线辅线、覆盖胶片、Ф90螺杆挤出机、小双两辊挤出机、传输带,Ф150螺杆、Ф200螺杆、Ф90螺杆和Ф120螺杆由下至上通过管道依次顺利连接新型白胎侧挤出线机头,传输带两侧铺装有新型白胎侧挤出线辅线,挤出的白胎侧胶铺装在传输带中心位置,覆盖胶片安装在小双两辊挤出机转轴上。
优选的,所述Ф150螺杆、Ф200螺杆、Ф90螺杆、Ф120螺杆四复合挤出联动工作。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:通过独家设计半钢白胎侧轮胎生产所需的新型白胎侧挤出线,通过Ф150/Ф200/Ф90/Ф120四复合挤出联动线,分别挤出胎侧胶、子口胶、隔离胶、白胶,复合压出线可实现两条对称的胎侧,一条白、一条黑同时挤出,并对白胶一侧的胎侧,加贴保护层的覆盖胶;白胶与胎侧胶不直接接触,防止了白胶污染胎侧胶,不影响胎侧的柔韧性,有利于白胎侧轮胎质量的稳定性。

如图1所示,一种新型白胎侧挤出装置,包括Ф150螺杆1、Ф200螺杆2、Ф90螺杆3、Ф120螺杆4、新型白胎侧挤出线机头5、挤出的白胎侧胶6、新型白胎侧挤出线辅线7、覆盖胶片8、Ф90螺杆挤出机9、小双两辊挤出机10、传输带11,Ф150螺杆1、Ф200螺杆2、Ф90螺杆3和Ф120螺杆4由下至上通过管道依次顺利连接新型白胎侧挤出线机头5,传输带11两侧铺装有新型白胎侧挤出线辅线7,挤出的白胎侧胶6铺装在传输带11中心位置,覆盖胶片8安装在小双两辊挤出机10转轴上,Ф90螺杆挤出机9安装在传输带11侧端。

本发明工作原理:通过独家设计半钢白胎侧轮胎生产所需的新型白胎侧挤出线,通过Ф150/Ф200/Ф90/Ф120四复合挤出联动线,分别挤出胎侧胶、子口胶、隔离胶、白胶,复合压出线可实现两条对称的胎侧,一条白、一条黑同时挤出,并对白胶一侧的胎侧,加贴保护层的覆盖胶。
独家设计的新型白胎侧挤出线:增加Ф90螺杆挤出机的四复合挤出联动线;Ф90螺杆,负责隔离胶挤出;白胶与胎侧胶不直接接触,防止了白胶污染胎侧胶,不影响胎侧的柔韧性,有利于白胎侧轮胎质量的稳定性,挤出后胎侧方面增加隔离胶。

1.一种新型白胎侧挤出装置,其特征在于,包括Ф150螺杆(1)、Ф200螺杆(2)、Ф90螺杆(3)、Ф120螺杆(4)、新型白胎侧挤出线机头(5)、挤出的白胎侧胶(6)、新型白胎侧挤出线辅线(7)、覆盖胶片(8)、Ф90螺杆挤出机(9)、小双两辊挤出机(10)、传输带(11),Ф150螺杆(1)、Ф200螺杆(2)、Ф90螺杆(3)和Ф120螺杆(4)由下至上通过管道依次顺利连接新型白胎侧挤出线机头(5),传输带(11)两侧铺装有新型白胎侧挤出线辅线(7),挤出的白胎侧胶(6)铺装在传输带(11)中心位置,覆盖胶片(8)安装在小双两辊挤出机(10)转轴上,Ф90螺杆挤出机(9)安装在传输带(11)侧端。
