本实用新型涉及一种LED泡壳灯的改进。
背景技术
目前，大多数LED泡壳灯的球泡都是用耐热塑料吹塑制作，而美国安规标准UL要求，球泡必须达到一定的厚度才能符合UL认证要求。而实际生产中，现有的耐热塑料要想吹塑厚壁球泡是相当非常困难。特别是透明球泡，用目前的耐热塑料要想吹到3mm壁厚几乎是不可能的。
发明内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题是：提供一种LED泡壳灯，该LED泡壳灯不仅可以满足美国安规标准UL要求，而且又不需要LED泡壳灯的球泡的壁厚必须达到3mm以上。
本实用新型的技术方案是：提供一种LED泡壳灯，包括球泡，和与球泡连接的灯座，灯头和PCB组件，在所述球泡和灯座之间设有透光罩，所述透光罩和灯座形成封闭的空间，将PCB组件封闭在所述空间内。
所述透光罩是规则几何形状。
所述透光罩的厚度为大于等于0.5mm至小于等于10mm。或者所述透光罩的厚度为大于等于3mm至小于等于6mm。
本实用新型具有不仅可以满足美国安规标准UL要求，而且又不需要LED泡壳灯的球泡的壁厚必须达到3mm以上的优点。

请参见图1，它揭示的是一种LED泡壳灯，包括球泡1，和与球泡1连接的灯座2，灯头3和PCB组件5，本实施例中的灯头3为螺口型，实际上，灯头也可以为卡口型等，在所述球泡1和灯座2之间设有透光罩4，所述透光罩4和灯座2形成封闭的空间，将PCB组件5封闭在所述空间内，本实施例中的球泡1分为球形，实际上，所述球泡1也可以为烛形和异性等。本实施例中的透光罩4为球冠形，实际生产中，所述透光罩4也可以其它形状，如其它的规则几何形状均可，根据客户的需要而定。本实用新型中，所述透光罩4的厚度可以在大于等于0.5mm至小于等于10mm的范围内选定。其最佳厚度范围为大于等于3mm至小于等于6mm。所述透光罩4为透光塑料压制而成。

1、一种LED泡壳灯，包括球泡(1)，和与球泡(1)连接的灯座(2)，灯头(3)和PCB组件(5)，其特征在于：在所述球泡(1)和灯座(2)之间设有透光罩(4)，所述透光罩(4)和灯座(2)形成封闭的空间，将PCB组件(5)封闭在所述空间内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的LED泡壳灯，其特征在于：所述透光罩(4)是规则几何形状。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的LED泡壳灯，其特征在于：所述透光罩(4)的厚度为大于等于0.5mm至小于等于10mm。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的LED泡壳灯，其特征在于：所述透光罩(4)的厚度为大于等于3mm至小于等于6mm。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的LED泡壳灯，其特征在于：所述透光罩4是用透光塑料压制而成的。
