背景技术
目前，在炼铁厂、垃圾焚烧厂、高炉煤气厂、建材厂使用的过滤毡，产品的耐高温性差，耐腐蚀性差，过滤精度差。

本实用新型的技术问题是要提供一种耐高温性好、耐腐蚀性好，且过滤精度高的玻纤膨体机织覆膜过滤毡。
为了解决以上的技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种玻纤膨体机织覆膜过滤毡，在玻璃纤维机织布的上表面，用针刺机复合一层聚四氟乙烯微孔膜。
所述玻璃纤维机织布是一种膨体无碱纬二重织物。
本实用新型的优越功效在于：
1)耐高温，作业温度为260℃，瞬间使用温度为300℃；
2)耐腐蚀、抗结露、粉尘剥离性好，清灰耗能低；
3)尺寸稳定性好，拉伸断裂强度高；
4)耐折性与耐磨性大大提高，使用寿命长；
5)过滤精度高。

如图1所示，本实用新型提供了一种玻纤膨体机织覆膜过滤毡，在玻璃纤维机织布2的上表面，用针刺机复合一层聚四氟乙烯微孔膜1。
所述玻璃纤维机织布2是一种膨体无碱纬二重织物。
将本实用新型投入炼铁厂试用，经实验证实，本实用新型的连续工作温度为260℃～280℃，瞬间工作温度为300℃，经向强力≥2800N/5×20cm，纬向强力≥2500N/5×20cm，经向断裂伸长率≤15％，纬向断裂伸长率≤10％，透气度为2.1～3.8m3/m2.min。

在玻璃纤维机织布的上表面，用针刺机复合一层聚四氟乙烯微孔膜。
