背景技术
目前,在钢铁厂、水泥厂、碳黑化工厂、燃煤锅炉厂使用的过滤毡,产品的断裂强力差,耐温性差,耐腐蚀性差。

本实用新型的技术问题是要提供一种耐温性高、耐腐蚀性好,且断裂强力高的玻璃纤维高温针刺过滤毡。
为了解决以上的技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种玻璃纤维高温针刺过滤毡,在玻璃纤维机织布的上、下表面,用针刺机分别复合一层玻璃纤维。
本实用新型的优越功效在于:
1)具有显著的耐温性,作业温度为260℃;
2)断裂强力高,断裂伸长小;
3)运行阻力小,空隙率高,除尘效率好;
4)尺寸稳定性好;
5)抗结露、耐腐蚀性好。
