本实用新型涉及一种设有线圈模组的电连接器,尤其涉及其线圈模组的滤波线圈结构。
【背景技术】
于2005年7月19日公告的美国第6,918,790号专利揭示了一种线圈模组,该线圈模组的滤波线圈皆为绕线线圈,且所述绕线线圈设置于一收容空间内,该种设置,制造复杂。2003年4月11日公告的台湾专利第TW825221号专利揭示了一种电连接器,其具有一线圈模组,该线圈模组皆为绕线线圈且一一对应设置,此种设置制程复杂,成本较高,不利于实现线圈的自动

【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能够实现线圈的自动化表面焊接生产的电连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种电连接器,其设有线圈模组,所述线圈模组包括电路板及安装于电路板上的变压器线圈和滤波线圈,所述滤波线圈为贴片线圈。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型电连接器线圈模组的滤波线圈为贴片线圈,从而实现了电连接器中线圈的自动

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图3,其揭示符合本实用新型的一种网络接口电连接器100,其可安装于一母电路板(未图示)上,用于将***电连接器100中的网络插头(未图示)连接至一母电路板。该电连接器100具有互为输入与输出的第一侧与第二侧,其包括包括设有收容空间13的绝缘本体10、安装于绝缘本体10的线圈模组200、包覆于绝缘本体10与线圈模组200外的屏蔽壳体12、14。
请参阅图2和图3,前述线圈模组200包括电路板21、安装于电路板21上的转接端子组件22、对接端子24和安装于电路板21上的磁性线圈,所述磁性线圈进一步包括两个变压器线圈23与四个滤波线圈25,其中,两个滤波线圈25对应一个变压器线圈23设置。所述变压器线圈23具有磁芯231与缠绕于磁芯231上的若干漆包线233。所述滤波线圈25为贴片线圈,该滤波线圈25具有绕线部分251与设置于绕线部分251两端用于焊接至电路板21上的焊接部253。
请参阅图4,所述电路板21设有若干第一导电片212、若干第二导电片214及连接第一导电片212和第二导电片的导电线路213。每一变压器线圈23的漆包线233设有若干接头235,该等接头235一一对应焊接于所述电路板21的导电片212上;所述滤波线圈25的焊接部253表面焊接于导电片214上,所述导电线路213电性连接变压器线圈23和滤波线圈25。
请参阅图3,所述转接端子组件22设有转接端子221,该转接端子221的一端焊接于电路板21上,通过电路板21的导电线路(未图示)与贴片线圈25电性连接,另一端焊接至母电路板上。
所述对接端子24电性连接于电路板21,通过电路板21的导电线路(未图示)与变压器线圈23电性连接,该对接端子24收容于绝缘本体10的收容空间13内,用于与***电连接器100的网络插头导电配合。
组装完成后,该电连接器100变压器线圈23的一侧连接于电连接器100的第一侧,即与信号端子24电性连接,其另一侧连接于滤波线圈25的一侧,而滤波线圈25的另一侧则连接于电连接器100的第二侧,即与电连接器100的转接端子221电性连接。
该电连接器100中将滤波线圈25以贴片线圈代替传统绕线线圈的设置方式,在制程上实现了电连接器中线圈的自动化焊接生产,节省了人力,降低了成本并提高了生产效率。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其设有线圈模组,所述线圈模组包括电路板及安装于电路板上的变压器线圈和滤波线圈,其特征在于:所述滤波线圈为贴片线圈。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述线圈模组包括两个变压器线圈及与各变压器线圈分别对应设置之滤波线圈,且每个变压器线圈对应两个滤波贴片线圈设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电路板设有若干导电片,所述变压器线圈之磁芯上缠绕有若干漆包线,所述漆包线包括若干接头,所述接头一一对应连接于电路板之导电片上。
4.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电路板设有若干导电片,所述滤波线圈表面焊接于所述导电片上。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述两变压器线圈对应之导电片与所述滤波线圈所对应之导电片分别对应设置,所述变压器线圈所对应之导电片与所述滤波线圈对应之导电片之间对应设有导电线路。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器具有互为输入与输出的第一侧与第二侧,该电连接器变压器线圈的一侧连接于电连接器的第一侧,另一侧连接于滤波线圈的一侧,滤波线圈的另一侧连接于电连接器的第二侧。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:该电连接器为一种网络接口连接器,其包括绝缘本体,所述线圈模组安装于所述绝缘本体内。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括安装于所述电路板上的对接端子,所述对接端子收容于所述绝缘体中用于与对接连接器导电配合,所述对接端子通过电路板上的导电线路与变压器线圈电性连接。
9.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述线圈模组还包括安装于所述电路板上的转接端子组件,所述转接端子组件设有若干转接端子,该转接端子通过电路板的导电线路与所述贴片线圈电性连接
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器用于安装于一母电路板上,所述转接端子用于与前述母电路板导电配合。
