Abstract

本实用新型提供一种应用于热风式焊接机的焊嘴,焊嘴包括中空管体,中空管体的一端与热风式焊接机连接,并能接收来自热风式焊接机的热风。中空管体的另一端则与一个焊接部的一端导通,焊接部的另一端上设有一个出风口,另外焊接部的上表面、下表面是粗糙表面。当粗糙表面刮开焊接材料后,热风可从出风口排出熔接焊接材料。

技术领域
本实用新型是有关一种热风式焊接机的焊嘴,特别是指一种具有粗糙表面的热风式焊接的机焊嘴。
背景技术
请参照图1及图2,现有技术的热风式焊接机焊嘴12中的焊接部14的上表面、下表面为“光滑表面”。当热风式焊接机在焊接时,必须先将欲焊接材料16、18如(PE防水膜)经过砂磨处理来去除焊接材料表面形成的氧化层再进行焊接,如此可以得到较佳抗拉性的焊接表面。
但在实际操作上;将焊接的材料先经过砂磨处理,所需耗费的时间、成本较高,焊接者为求加快整体的施工速度或节省砂膜处理的成本,而省略掉砂膜处理的步骤,这对于公共安全可能会产生重大的影响。以北宜高速公路雪山隧道漏水为例,就是因为隧道“环状连接缝”的“防水膜”破裂导致渗漏水。导致防水膜破裂最有可能的因素即是防水膜焊接处的抗拉性的不够导致。
有鉴于此,本实用新型针对上述现有技术的缺失,提出一种应用于热风式焊接机的焊嘴,以有效克服上述的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种应用于热风式焊接机的焊嘴,以解决砂磨处理耗费时间、成本较高的问题。
本实用新型的主要目的在提供一种应用于热风式焊接机的焊嘴,利用焊嘴上的粗糙表面刮开焊接材料,所得到的焊接成品的抗拉性也可以符合安全上的需求。
本实用新型的另一目的在提供一种应用于热风式焊接机的焊嘴,能节省砂膜处理焊接材料的费用,降低成本。
本实用新型的又一目的在提供一种应用于热风式焊接机的焊嘴,能提升施工的速度、节省工作时间。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种应用于热风式焊接机的焊嘴,包括一中空管体,其一端与热风式焊接机连接,另一端与一个焊接部导通,焊接部上设有一个出风口,且焊接部的上表面、下表面是粗糙表面,粗糙表面是用来刮开焊接材料。中空管体内的空间能接收来自热风式焊接机的热风,热风能经由中空管体到焊接部,再从出风口排出。本实用新型通过上述具有粗糙表面的焊嘴刮开焊接材料,能得到的抗拉性符合安全上的需求的焊接成品,并可以节省现有技术中需进行砂膜处理焊接材料的费用,以此降低成本。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:
本实用新型利用焊嘴上的粗糙表面刮开焊接材料,得到的焊接成品的抗拉性符合安全上的需求,并且能节省砂膜处理焊接材料的费用,降低成本,提升施工的速度、节省工作时间。

具体实施方式
为能详细说明本实用新型,请参照图3及图4,一种应用于热风式焊接机的焊嘴22,热风式焊接机的种类可以为自动式热风式焊接机、半自动式热风式焊接机、手动式热风式焊接机。另外本实用新型能应用的焊接材料包括PE、PVC、ECB、EVA、TPO,能应用的范围包括防水膜、帆布、广告看板。热风式焊接机焊嘴的结构包括一个中空管体24,中空管体24的一端34与热风式焊接机连接,中空管体24的另一端与一个焊接部28导通,且焊接部28另一端为一个出风口32。
其中焊接部28外表面是粗造表面,粗造表面的形成方式不受限制,本实用新型的粗造表面可以如图4所示,利用多个螺栓30锁固在焊接部28的上表面及下表面构成,或者如图5所示,直接于焊接部28的上表面、下表面形成***的粗造表面36。
如图6所示,热风式焊接机进行焊接时,焊嘴22上的粗造表面会先与焊接材料38接触,粗造表面能刮开焊接材料38上的部分氧化层、甚至于部份焊接材料38本身,以此增加焊接处的抗拉强度。其中刮开焊接材料38的动作以不会刮破焊接材料38为原则,焊接材料38被粗造表面刮开后,再经过出风口。另外,粗糙表面也可以由多个铁钉、多个锥体或其他多个钩体构成。
从出风口32排出的热风,是来自于热风式焊接机的热风。热风式焊接机的热风能经由中空管体内的空间26经过焊接部28再来到出风口32。当焊接材料38被粗造表面刮开后,再遇到出风口32时,热风会熔化焊接材料38。热风的温度可以通过热风式焊接机上的温度调控装置进行控制,热风的温度原则上以可以熔化焊接材料38为主。
本实用新型通过焊嘴22上的粗糙表面刮开焊接材料再加以焊接,以得到符合安全上的需求的焊接成品,并简化现有技术中需进行砂膜处理焊接材料的费用,降低成本并能提升施工的速度、节省工作时间。
以上公开的仅为本实用新型的几个具体实施例,但是,本实用新型并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思的的变化都应落入本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1、一种应用于热风式焊接机的焊嘴,其特征在于,该焊嘴包括:
一中空管体,一端与热风式焊接机连接,该中空管体内的空间能接收来自热风式焊接机的热风;以及
一焊接部,该焊接部一端与该中空管体另一端连接,该焊接部另一端设有一出风口,且该焊接部外表面是粗造表面。
2、如权利要求1所述应用于热风式焊接机的焊嘴,其特征在于,该粗造表面上设有多个锥体或多个钩体。
3、如权利要求1所述应用于热风式焊接机的焊嘴,其特征在于,该粗造表面是由多个铁钉或多个螺栓锁固于该焊接部的上表面、下表面构成。
4、如权利要求2所述应用于热风式焊接机的焊嘴,其特征在于,该多个钩体是铁钉、螺栓。
