Abstract

一种轻钢高强建筑节能板。采用薄钢板带作为构件骨架,苯板作为构件保温层,外部粘贴网格布并用聚合物砂浆饰面。薄钢板带冲压成圆孔、圆孔与板带周边折边、板带立式使用,以达到轻体与高抗折能力的效果;薄钢板带作为板构件骨架,与苯板共同制作成型,板带构架与苯板合为一体,提高板构件整体强度。苯板外部粘贴玻纤网格布并用聚合物砂浆饰面,保证施工运输和安装使用。产品规格采用建筑常用模数作为标准板,如2800mm×900mm,3000mm×900mm,3300mm×900mm,3600mm×900mm,3900mm×900mm;非标准板根据建筑工程需要加工生产。轻钢高强建筑节能板具有体积轻、抗折能力强、保温性能好等特点,主要用做建筑物屋面、内墙和外墙。

技术领域:
本实用新型作为新型建筑节能板材制品,主要用作建筑物屋面、内墙和外墙,
背景技术:
目前,建筑工程使用的轻体保温屋面板和墙板,采用苯板外粘网格布加抹聚合物砂浆制成,抗折强度是利用钢筋***苯板芯内方式处理。苯板与钢筋之间没有形成一体因而无法产生合力,满足不了板体对于挠度控制的理论指标。辅以增加构件外层聚合物砂浆厚度方式提高板体的抗者强度,造成板体重量与成本成倍增加。
实用新型的内容:
克服现有技术的不足,解决建筑板材制品的重量和抗折强度的技术问题,提供一种轻钢高强(抗折)轻钢高强建筑节能板。轻钢高强建筑节能板采用薄钢板带作为构件骨架,苯板作为构件保温层,外部粘贴网格布并用聚合物砂浆饰面,薄钢板带冲压成圆孔、圆孔和与板带周边折边、板带立式使用,薄钢板带作为板构件骨架,与苯板共同制作成型,板带构架与苯板合为一体。
板之间结合部采用启口方式,中间施以专用胶粘接牢固,可以保持板构件不变形;板内预留钢件,便于安装。本实用新型采用板带压孔与折边目的是加强板带的抗折强度,以竖立方式组合板带钢架结构,极大地提高板带的抗折强度;将加工后板带涂胶置入苯板制作模具中,苯材料板块在生产过程中通过板块孔洞和胶料紧密合为一体,极大提高板块构件的整体抗折强度,外部施以建筑胶、网格布以及聚合物砂浆形成结合层和保护层,利于施工安装和运输过程中成品保护;由于采取以薄钢板带替代圆钢作为板构件中的骨架,使该板构件不但提高抗折强度且降低板体的自重;外部结合层和保护层不成为增强板体抗折强度的重要因素,相应减少板体的综合重量和制作程序。本实用新型的同时具有板构件整体轻、抗折强度高、保温性能好、产品成本低、易于安装等诸多优点,满足建筑节能的使用要求。

具体实施方式:
轻钢高强建筑节能板采用薄钢板带2作为构件骨架,苯板作为构件保温层,外部粘贴网格布并用聚合物砂浆饰面1,薄钢板带2冲压成圆孔3、圆孔和板带周边折边4、板带立式使用,薄钢板带作为板构件骨架,与苯板共同制作成型,板带构架与苯板合为一体。板之间结合部采用启口方式,中间施以专用胶粘接牢固,可以保持板构件不变形;板内预留钢件,便于安装。
施工时采取常用的建筑模数600mm宽,长度为3300mm、3600mm、3900mm,厚度为160mm作为标准板型见图1,以3条宽度为130mm、厚度为7.5mm加强型薄钢板带2作为核心支撑,板带加强方式是将板带均匀冲压直径为65mm的圆孔3,板带四周折出10mm直角立边4,圆孔四周也折出10mm直角立边,将3条板带立式连接固定见图2,然后将板带表面喷涂一层热压胶料后送入模具容器中用苯颗粒热压发泡成型,苯板厚度为150mm,上下保温保护层厚度各为10mm,钢架保温体块成型后,外部采用建筑胶与网格布粘接牢固,抹聚合物砂浆厚度为5mm见图3,聚合物砂浆饰面的作用是保证构件在运输安装时具有相应强度。

1. 一种轻钢高强建筑节能板,采用薄钢板带作为构件骨架,苯板作为构件保温层,外部粘贴网格布并用聚合物砂浆饰面,其特征是:薄钢板带冲压成圆孔、圆孔和板带周边折边、板带立式使用,薄钢板带作为板构件骨架,与苯板共同制作成型,板带构架与苯板合为一体。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的轻钢高强建筑节能板,其特征是:板之间结合部采用启口方式,中间施以专用胶粘接牢固,板内预留钢件。
