Abstract

高强度电机转子涉及电机。公开了一种技术是轴1轴上装有矽钢片叠压的转子片3、端板2、铝端环5组成,其轴1轴上转子片3两端依次装有铝端环5和端板2,在端板2和转子片3的外圆壁轴向有槽焊接缝4。具有结构简单紧凑,制装配方便,安全性能高,寿命长(比普通转子延长3倍以上),解决了电机(特别是大功率电机)上高速难的问题。适用于高速变频调速电机。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及电机,尤其是一种高强度电机转子。
二、背景技术
针对现有的鼠笼式电机转子在高速时,转子绕度大、容易擦定子,电机绕组很容易烧坏。传统的鼠笼式转子都是用矽钢片叠压铸铝而成,在高速运行时,转子容易散片、掉铝,导致电机转子损坏,电机转速无法提高等上述缺陷。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,结构坚固、绕度小、安全性能高、寿命长、电机转速易提高的高强度电机转子。
本实用新型的目的所采用的技术方案是,包括有轴轴上装有矽钢片叠压的转子片、端板、铝端环组成,其轴轴上转子片两端依次装有铝端环和端板,在端板和转子片的外圆壁轴向有槽焊接缝。
本实用新型,铝端环的外套在端板的筒形部位内。
本实用新型具有结构简单紧凑,制作装配方便,安全性能高,寿命长(比普通转子延长3倍以上),解决了电机(特别是大功率电机)上高速难的问题。适用于高速变频调速电机。

五、具体实施方式
如附图所示,包括有轴1轴上装有矽钢片叠压的转子片3、端板2、铝端环5组成,其轴1轴上转子片3两端依次装有铝端环5和端板2,在端板2和转子片3的外圆壁轴向有槽焊接缝4。铝端环5的外套在端板2的筒形部位内。
端板2和转子片3的外圆加工呈V型槽,在V型槽焊接形成槽焊接缝4。槽焊接缝4可采用16-90条。
本实用新型的运行方式为:将电机转子安装在电机定子内,用两个端盖固定在于线圈定子中央通电运行。

1. 一种高强度电机转子,包括有轴(1)轴上装有矽钢片叠压的转子片(3)、端板(2)、铝端环(5)组成,其特征是轴(1)轴上转子片(3)两端依次装有铝端环(5)和端板(2),在端板(2)和转子片(3)的外圆壁轴向有槽焊接缝(4)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度电机转子,其特征是铝端环(5)的外套在端板(2)的筒形部位内。
