由郭广荣申请的“一种电动汽车轮轱总成”(专利申请号200720005640.7)存在着刹车回位差和性能不完善的不足。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种结构严密、性能完善、牢固可靠、防水防尘、安装拆装方便的电动汽车轮轱。
本实用新型由装有夕钢片、线圈、线圈引线、转速传感器、传感器引线和法兰轴组成的锭子总成,安装在由磁钢、钢套、油封、大轴承、刹车锅、刹车锅紧固栓构成的外转子总成内,由轮辋螺栓、轮辋螺母、小轴承、感应齿轮、齿轮固定栓、轮辋构成的端盖总成用端盖螺栓固定在外转子上,用长螺栓将安装有减震弹簧的悬架羊角和由刹车片、刹车弹簧、刹车泵构成的刹车盘总成紧固在锭子,悬架羊角通过螺孔和螺栓及减震弹簧与车身连接,用胶将引线封死,这样的电动汽车轮轱结构简单严密,性能完善、牢固可靠,防水防尘,安装拆卸方便,可与任何车辆相匹配。

具体实施方式
将夕钢片12压装在锭子3上并绕好线圈11,接好线圈引线10,安装好大轴承28组成锭子3总成,将磁钢13安装在装有钢套15的外转子16的相应位置,将锭子总成穿装在法兰轴25上,穿装在外转子16内,并安装好油封27,用刹车锅紧固栓30固定好刹车锅17,安装好转速传感器9,拉出引线24,同时引出线圈引线10。将感应齿轮7用齿轮固定栓8紧固于端盖2上,用端盖螺栓4和端盖螺母5将轮辋14紧固在端盖2上,并装好小轴承6,用端盖螺栓1将端盖2总成固定在外转子16上,用长螺栓26和紧固螺母23将装有减震弹簧29的悬架羊角22和装有刹车片18、刹车弹簧20、刹车泵21构成的刹车盘19总成一齐紧固在法兰轴25上,用胶将转速传感器引线24和线圈引线10口封死,用安装在车身的左、右悬臂和拖臂连接悬架羊角22螺孔、螺栓,和将减震弹簧29与车身联结,接好线路即可行驶。
这样装起来的电动汽车轮轱结构简单严密、性能完善、牢固可靠、防水防尘、安装拆卸十分方便,可实现四轮独立悬挂,而且实现与任何车辆的匹配。

1.一种电动汽车轮轱总成,其特征是,装有夕钢片(12)、线圈(11)、线圈引线(10)转速传感器(9)和传感器引线(24)和法兰轴(25)的锭子(3)总成,安装在由磁钢(13)、钢套(15)、油封(27)、大轴承(28)、刹车锅(17)、刹车锅固定栓(30)构成的外转子(16)总成内,由轮辋螺栓(4)、轮辋螺母(5)、小轴承(6)、感应齿轮(7)、齿轮固定栓(8)、轮辋(14)构成的端盖(2)总成用端盖螺栓(1)固定在外转子(16)上,用长螺栓(26)和紧固螺母(23)将装有减震弹簧(29)的悬架羊角(22),和由刹车片(18)、刹车弹簧(20)、刹车泵(21)构成的刹车盘(19)总成紧固在锭子(3)上。
