本实用新型提供了一种改进型高效双螺杆机,由机座、机身、马达、料筒、双螺杆、捏合块构成,所述的捏合块由多套组合构成,设置在料筒内,其中所述料筒的长度与捏合块的长度相应。由上述构成的新型双螺杆机,具有高效剪切分散、混合混炼之生产能力,比传统双螺杆机提高产能数倍,同时具有高品质、高稳定性等优点。应用于塑胶原料改性加工工艺中。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及机械加工领域,特别是一种用于塑胶原料改性接枝之改进型高效双螺杆机。
背景技术:
传统塑胶剪切改性接枝是在塑胶原料内加入一些化学原料,利用同向双螺杆挤出机之捏合块的高剪切、高啮合,使塑胶原料在同向双螺杆挤出机之机体内不断剪切分散,同时又混合混炼,完成塑胶原料的改性接枝。由于化学原料与塑胶原料改性接枝需要特定的反应时间,因此传统之同向双螺杆挤出机只能降低双螺杆转速,让化学原料与塑胶原料在双螺杆内慢速行走,才能达到化学原料与塑胶原料的特定反应时间。
由于以上传统之同向双螺杆挤出机结构以及化学原料与塑胶原料改性接枝需要特定的反应时间,可以看出,传统之同向双螺杆挤出机存在效率和品质不能同时提高的缺陷,从而严重影响其生产效率。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于塑胶原料改性接枝之改进型高效双螺杆机,应用于塑胶原料改性加工工艺中,比传统双螺杆机提高产能数倍,而且品质更稳定。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下方案实现,改进型高效双螺杆机,由机座、机身、马达、料筒、双螺杆、捏合块构成,所述的捏合块由多套组合构成,设置在料筒内,其中所述料筒的长度与捏合块的长度相应,以保证双螺杆挤出机之螺杆高转速时,化学原料与塑胶原料改性接枝需要的特定反应时间充足。
上述的改进型高效双螺杆机,所述的捏合块由三十套以上组合构成。
本实用新型应用于塑胶原料改性加工工艺中,具有高效剪切分散、混合混炼之生产能力。比传统双螺杆机提高产能数倍,同时具有高品质、高稳定性等优点。

具体实施方式:
如图1至2所示:改进型高效双螺杆机,由机座1、机身2、马达3、料筒4、双螺杆5、捏合块6构成。所述螺杆的捏合块6由三十套以上组合构成,安置在料简4的内部,其中料筒的长度与捏合块的长度相应,这样可以保证双螺杆5在高转速时,化学原料与塑胶原料改性接枝需要的特定反应时间充足,从而提高剪切分散、混合混炼之生产能力,同时提高产品之稳定性。本实用新型应用于塑胶原料改性加工工艺中。

1、一种改进型高效双螺杆机,由机座(1)、机身(2)、马达(3)、料筒(4)、双螺杆(5)、捏合块(6)构成,所述的捏合块(6)由多套组合构成,设置在料筒(4)内,其中所述料筒(4)的长度与捏合块(6)的长度相应。
2、根据权利要求1所述的改进型高效双螺杆机,其特征在于:所述的捏合块(6)的数量为三十套以上组合构成。
