Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种双螺杆密炼排料机组,其结构包括密炼机和橡胶挤出机,所述密炼机的出料口连接在所述橡胶挤出机的进料口上,在所述橡胶挤出机的机筒内装有两根并行的螺杆,所述两根螺杆上的螺旋叶片互为反向设置。本实用新型是采用密炼机与双螺杆挤出机上下相接的串联组合形式,配置好的橡胶原料先经密炼机的控炼,再通过双螺杆挤出机的二次混炼和挤出,从而可以形成密炼机与橡胶挤出机的连续化加工生产的目的,并且还有利于产品质量的提高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种橡胶制品生产设备,具体地说是一种双螺杆密炼排料机组。
背景技术
密闭式炼胶机(简称“密炼机”)主要用于橡胶的塑炼和混炼,橡胶挤出机是将经密炼机控炼后的胶料挤出成型,以形成产品的成品或半成品。目前,密炼机与橡胶挤出机都是分立设置,各自分别加工;而且,由于橡胶挤出机是都采用单螺杆推进结构,物料在挤出机中停留的时间较长,使得橡胶挤出机的进料速度不能与密炼机的出料速度相匹配,因此也就不能形成密炼机与橡胶挤出机的连续化加工生产。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种双螺杆密炼排料机组,以解决密炼机与橡胶挤出机不能形成连续化加工生产的问题。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种双螺杆密炼排料机组,包括密炼机和橡胶挤出机,所述密炼机的出料口连接在所述橡胶挤出机的进料口上,在所述橡胶挤出机的机筒内装有两根并行的螺杆,所述两根螺杆上的螺旋叶片互为反向设置。
由两个所述密炼机与两个所述橡胶挤出机分别连接组成上、下设置的两个组合体,其中上部组合体中的所述橡胶挤出机的出料口与下部组合体中的所述密炼机的进料口上下相对设置。这样,就可对胶料进行更加充分的混炼,使产成品的性能指标大幅提高。
本实用新型由于在橡胶挤出机中采用了双螺杆推进结构,两根螺杆相对内旋,物料在相互咬合的双螺杆中被强制推进输送,因而使得这种双螺杆推进机构具有了物料推进与物料搅拌的双重作用,因此输送效率比单螺杆挤出机要提高很多,物料在橡胶挤出机中的停留时间可缩短一半以上,这样就可使橡胶挤出机的进料速度与密炼机的出料速度相匹配,使二者有机串联连接在一起。而采用这种密炼机与双螺杆挤出机的串联组合形式,配置好的橡胶原料先经密炼机的控炼,再通过双螺杆挤出机的二次混炼,即可成为合格的胶料并被挤出成型,由此实现了密炼机与橡胶挤出机的连续化加工生产的目的。
另外,橡胶挤出机采用双螺杆推进机构,还避免了物料因在机内停留时间较长而易发生化学变化的现象,提高了胶料在挤出过程中的稳定性,有利于产品质量的提高。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
如图1所示,本双螺杆密炼排料机组包括一台密炼机1和一台橡胶挤出机2。其中,密炼机1可使用普通的密炼机,而橡胶挤出机2则是采用双螺杆挤出机,即在橡胶挤出机2的机筒3内装有两根并行的螺杆4(图2),两根螺杆4上的螺旋叶片互为反向设置,并且两根螺杆4是同步内旋的运动形式,以对胶料进行挤压和混炼。
密炼机1位于橡胶挤出机2的上部,密炼机1的出料口与橡胶挤出机2的进料口连接在一起。在密炼机1的出料口中仍按传统方式设置有电控启闭阀。密炼机1与橡胶挤出机2可采用一个共同的变速机构驱动,以简化整机结构,降低设备成本。
实施例2:
如图3所示,本双螺杆密炼排料机组是由两个密炼机1与两个双螺杆挤出机2分别连接组成上、下设置的两个组合体。
在本实施例中,上部组合体中的橡胶挤出机2的机头上没有装入成型模具,而是设计成一个有下出料口的机头形式,并且这个出料口还与下部组合体中的密炼机1的进料口成上下相对的设置形式。
Claims (2)
1.一种双螺杆密炼排料机组,包括密炼机(1)和橡胶挤出机(2),其特征是,所述密炼机(1)的出料口连接在所述橡胶挤出机(2)的进料口上,在所述橡胶挤出机(2)的机筒(3)内装有两根并行的螺杆(4),所述两根螺杆(4)上的螺旋叶片互为反向设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双螺杆密炼排料机组,其特征是,由两个所述密炼机(1)与两个所述橡胶挤出机(2)分别连接组成上、下设置的两个组合体,其中上部组合体中的所述橡胶挤出机(2)的出料口与下部组合体中的所述密炼机(1)的进料口上下相对设置。
