Abstract
本实用新型提出一种车用电容电池,为解决现有的电池在启动设备上的不足,使得正负极间距加大,电池电压达到24伏;本实用新型一种车用电容电池其特征在于,所述蓄电池的壳体内串联12个铅酸极板,所述12组铅酸极板通过壳体固定单排排放,将各个铅酸极板之间的隔层穿孔并通过铅连接铅酸极板电极,避免腐蚀;由于采用了12组极板单排排放,使得所述蓄电池的两端铅酸极板的电极间隔达到了30厘米~40厘米之间,构成一种车用电容电池;本实用新型一种加长型车用电池的蓄电池对外供电的正负极接线柱间隔在安全距离,方便操作。

本实用新型涉及一种汽车用蓄电池。
背景技术:
目前在汽车上都安装有启动电池,该蓄电池对外供电的正负极接线柱间隔都在8厘米~12厘米之间,在安装、维护过程中经常会因操作不当使得导电工具同时接触到正负极接线柱上,造成短路从而使得极柱或蓄电池损坏。另外由于车辆电子启动的特性需要电池瞬间放电电流大,启动速度快,为了满足需要一般采用大容量、高规格的启动电池,现有的车用蓄电池一般为12伏,其内部结构是由塑料和其它绝缘材料制成极板槽,将6组铅酸极板用隔离板分别隔开并通过穿壁焊接串联,如果想要加到24伏电压,就需要将两个蓄电池串联,提高成本,并且需要占用大量的空间,而且两个蓄电池分体不好固定,其串联的正负极柱裸露容易造成短路。
发明内容:
为解决现有的电池在启动设备上的不足,本实用新型提出一种车用电容电池,使得正负极间距加大,电池电压达到24伏;满足电池瞬间放电的电流强度的要求。本实用新型一种车用电容电池其特征在于,所述蓄电池的壳体内串联12个铅酸极板,所述12组铅酸极板通过壳体固定单排排放,将各个铅酸极板之间的隔层穿孔并通过铅连接铅酸极板电极,避免腐蚀。由于采用了12组极板单排排放,使得所述蓄电池的两端铅酸极板的电极间隔达到了30厘米~40厘米之间,本实用新型还可以在蓄电池的两端铅酸极板的电极上并联一个电容,通过外壳将电池和电容固定,构成一种车用电容电池。本实用新型一种加长型车用电池采用了一体化结构,避免了裸露在外部的接线,蓄电池对外供电的正负极接线柱间隔在安全距离,方便操作。由于其并联的蓄能电容特性具有高比电容值,充电功率密度高,电容器持续接受电池的弱电量后能瞬间快速释放,能储存大量电子又能比传统电池快的放电速度;使得电容电池的瞬间放电电流大,启动速度快。

如图1所示,本实用新型一种加长型车用电池的蓄电池壳体内串联12个铅酸极板1,所述12组铅酸极板1通过壳体固定单排排放,使得所述蓄电池的两端铅酸极板的电极间隔达到了30厘米~40厘米之间,将各个铅酸极板之间的隔层穿孔6并通过铅连接铅酸极板电极,避免腐蚀。在所述蓄电池的两端铅酸极板的电极处2、3之间并联一个30法拉~40法拉电容4,通过外壳5将电池和电容固定,构成一种加长型车用电容电池。

1.一种加长型车用电池其特征在于,所述蓄电池的壳体内串联12个铅酸极板,所述12组铅酸极板通过壳体固定单排排放,将各个铅酸极板之间的隔层穿孔并通过铅连接铅酸极板电极,使得所述蓄电池的两端铅酸极板的电极间隔达到了30厘米~40厘米之间。
2.如权利要求1所述一种加长型车用电池其特征在于,在蓄电池的两端铅酸极板的电极上并联一个电容,通过外壳将电池和电容固定。
