本实用新型公开一种太阳能电车,包括车体(1),太阳能电池板(2),离合器(4),蓄电池(5),电动机(6),变速箱(7),其特征在于:太阳能电池板(2)设置在车体(1)的顶部,太阳能电池板(2)通过导线与蓄电池(5)相接,蓄电池(5)的输出电路与电动机(6)相接,蓄电池(5)与电动机(6)之间安装有升压变流器(9)。电动机(6)的输出轴通过传动副与离合器(4)连接,离合器(4)的另一端接变速箱(7)的输入轴,变速箱(7)的输出轴与电车主轴连接。具有结构简单,工作效率高,节能、环保等优点。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能电车,尤其是一种结构简便,工作效率高,节能、环保的太阳能电车。
背景技术:
目前道路上行驶的交通工具主要采用燃烧燃料的方式(燃烧汽油、柴油),这种汽车在燃烧燃料的同时会向大气当中排放大量的废气,造成了严重的空气污染,破坏了人们赖以生存的自然环境。带来的后果是气候由于温室效应而变暖,大型自然灾害频繁发生,严重损害人们身体健康的疾病明显增加。而且传统汽车所采用的燃料普遍为汽油和柴油,这两种燃料资源都不是取之不尽、用之不竭的,现在各国政府和企业都在寻找可以替代传统燃料的新的能源方式,太阳能就是一种有极大发展前景的新型能源。但是目前还没有真正投入工业化生产并上路行驶的太阳能电车。
现有的电力公交车,虽然也采用电能驱动,但却受制于电线的铺设,只能在一个固定的路线上行驶,不具备自由性。
发明内容:
本实用新型是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述问题,提供一种结构简单,工作效率高,节能、环保的太阳能电车。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种太阳能电车,包括车体1,太阳能电池板2,离合器4,蓄电池5,电动机6,变速箱7,其特征在于:太阳能电池板2设置在车体1的顶部,太阳能电池板2通过导线与蓄电池5相接,蓄电池5的输出电路与电动机6相接,蓄电池5与电动机6之间安装有升压变流器9。电动机6的输出轴通过传动副与离合器4连接,离合器4的另一端接变速箱7的输入轴,变速箱7的输出轴与电车主轴连接。
所述的传动副还有一输出端,发电机10的输入端与之相接,发电机(10)的输出端通过导线与蓄电池(5)相接,电机10与蓄电池5之间安装有整流稳压装置12。
本实用新型同现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
设计合理、结构简单,且采用的增压装置使电车的动力更加强劲;驾驶人员的操作与传统汽车无差别,使用方便;节省能源,太阳能几乎可以说是一种无限的能源,有效的节省了石油这种有限的能源;保护环境,采用太阳能转化成电能的驱动方式,电车在行驶时不会产生尾气,不会影响大气环境,保障了人们的健康;具有很好的推广和使用价值。

具体实施方式:
下面将结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。如图1、图2所示:一种太阳能电车,包括车体1,太阳能电池板2,离合器4,蓄电池5,电动机6,变速箱7,其特征在于:太阳能电池板2设置在车体1的顶部,太阳能电池板2通过导线与蓄电池5相接,蓄电池5的输出电路与电动机6相接,蓄电池5与电动机6之间安装有升压变流器9。电动机6的输出轴通过传动副与离合器4连接,离合器4的另一端接变速箱7的输入轴,变速箱7的输出轴与电车主轴连接。
所述的传动副还有一输出端,发电机10的输入端与之相接,发电机(10)的输出端通过导线与蓄电池(5)相接,电机10与蓄电池5之间安装有整流稳压装置12。
车体1顶部设置有与其大小形状相吻合的支撑骨架,太阳能电池板2上设置有固定螺栓,并通过固定螺栓与支撑骨架连接固定。
太阳能电池板2接收到太阳能之后,把太阳能转化成电能,然后输入到蓄电池5中待用,蓄电池5的输出电流通过升压变流器9,使输出电压增高,并输入到电动机6中,以便获得较大的功率。电动机的输出轴接有两个输出端的传动副(齿轮传动或者皮带轮传动),输出端1与离合器4连接,离合器4的另一端接变速箱7的输入轴,变速箱7的输出轴与电车主轴连接,对电车进行驱动;输出端2与发电机10的输入端相接,发电机10在该传动副的作用下工作,产生的电能经过整流稳压装置12后,输入到蓄电池5之中待用。

1.一种太阳能电车,包括车体(1),太阳能电池板(2),离合器(4),蓄电池(5),电动机(6),变速箱(7),其特征在于:太阳能电池板(2)设置在车体(1)的顶部,太阳能电池板(2)通过导线与蓄电池(5)相接,蓄电池(5)的输出电路与电动机(6)相接,蓄电池(5)与电动机(6)之间安装有升压变流器(9)。电动机(6)的输出轴通过传动副与离合器(4)连接,离合器(4)的另一端接变速箱(7)的输入轴,变速箱(7)的输出轴与电车主轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电车,其特征在于:所述的传动副还有一输出端,发电机(10)的输入端与之相接,发电机(10)的输出端通过导线与蓄电池(5)相接,电机(10)与蓄电池(5)之间安装有整流稳压装置(12)。
